    Abstract: The invention relates to a hydrocracking process and system. The gas oil feedstock and hydrogen are mixed and reacted in a hydrotreating unit. The resulting reaction effluent is sent to a first hydrogenation cracking unit and reacted by contacting a hydrogenation cracking catalyst I to obtain light fraction I rich in paraffins and heavy fraction I rich in cyclic hydrocarbons. The heavy fraction I is mixed with hydrogen and reacted in a second hydrogenation cracking unit, thereby producing heavy fraction II rich in cyclic hydrocarbons. The present invention wholly realizes the high-selective directional conversion of gas oil feedstock according to the chain structure and the ring structure and can produce chemical raw materials rich in paraffins and naphthenic speciality oil rich in cyclic hydrocarbons.

The method further includes deriving a second angular prediction value for the portion using a weighted sum of at least a second subset of the set of reference samples and the first angular prediction value and decoding the portion using the second angular prediction value.

The method also includes, in accordance with a determination that the MVP candidate block is not suitable for the warp extend mode, identifying a backup MVP candidate block that is suitable for the warp extend mode. The method further includes obtaining a warp model from the backup MVP candidate block; and performing a warp extend operation on the block using the warp model.

An apparatus for video decoding includes processing circuitry that decodes prediction information for a current block in a current picture that is included in a coded video sequence. The processing circuitry determines a position dependent prediction combination (PDPC) process according to the intra prediction mode of the current block indicated by the prediction information. Further, the processing circuitry reconstructs the current block based on the determined PDPC process. A same PDPC process is applied to intra prediction modes adjacent to diagonal intra prediction modes.

    Abstract: A mobile device may be configured to perform concurrent Satellite Positioning System (SPS) operation and wireless communications when uplink signals transmitted by the mobile device interferes with the reception of SPS signals in one or more frequency bands. The mobile device may determine if the SPS receiver has already acquired SPS signals and is in a tracking state. If the SPS receiver is not in a tracking state, an SPS acquisition procedure is initiated before the wireless communication session is initiated. The SPS acquisition procedure is performed until the SPS receiver reaches a tracking state, or until a timeout is reached. Once the SPS receiver is in a tracking state, the wireless communication session may be initiated, during which the SPS receiver is controlled, e.g., to perform signal blanking, measurement exclusion, or disable SPS reception, to mitigate interference with SPS signals.
