    Abstract: A mobile device may be configured to perform concurrent Satellite Positioning System (SPS) operation and wireless communications when uplink signals transmitted by the mobile device interferes with the reception of SPS signals in one or more frequency bands. The mobile device may determine if the SPS receiver has already acquired SPS signals and is in a tracking state. If the SPS receiver is not in a tracking state, an SPS acquisition procedure is initiated before the wireless communication session is initiated. The SPS acquisition procedure is performed until the SPS receiver reaches a tracking state, or until a timeout is reached. Once the SPS receiver is in a tracking state, the wireless communication session may be initiated, during which the SPS receiver is controlled, e.g., to perform signal blanking, measurement exclusion, or disable SPS reception, to mitigate interference with SPS signals.

An apparatus includes processing circuitry that decodes prediction information of a coding unit in a video bitstream. The processing circuitry determines whether a luma block and a chroma block associated with the coding unit have different partitioning trees based on the prediction information. When the luma block and the chroma block have different partitioning trees, the processing circuitry determines whether the luma block is coded in intra block copy (IBC) mode based on a first IBC flag included in the prediction information. The processing circuitry determines whether the chroma block is coded in the IBC mode based on one of the first IBC flag, a second IBC flag included in the prediction information, and a default mode. The processing circuitry reconstructs the current coding unit based on the luma block and the chroma block.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a random particle generation method based on particle size distribution, which can accord with the particle size distribution characteristics of a geological structure. According to this method, random particle generation is adopted, so that a common spherical structure is avoided, and a generated particle structure is very similar to a real soil structure. Based on actual particle size distribution, particles with different particle sizes are generated by batch generation, particle seeds are generated at random pore locations, and particles are generated based on the seeds. By providing a random particle generation method based on particle size distribution, a soil structure in a form of porous media can be restored by means of simulation, which thus provides a porous medium model for the research of groundwater infiltration and fossil energy exploitation.
