Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a method for triggering a cloud service, a cloud server, and a thin client. The method includes: receiving a user's operation of triggering a key, where the key is in a preset binding relationship with a specific cloud service of the cloud server; and generating a triggering message according to the operation of triggering the key, and sending the triggering message to the cloud server, so that the cloud server invokes the specific cloud service according to the preset binding relationship. The embodiments of the present invention provide a user with a shortcut method for invoking a cloud service through a thin client, thereby improving work efficiency of the user.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a thread object-based search method and apparatus and relate to the field of communications technologies. The method includes: receiving at least one thread object dragged by a user to a search area, where the search area is located on a current page of a web page; parsing the at least one thread object to obtain at least one attribute of the at least one thread object; searching by using the at least one attribute as a keyword; and displaying results obtained by performing the searching. The present invention is applicable to an intelligent terminal.

The self-service terminal includes: a transaction service unit configured to provide a transaction service corresponding to a transaction service request to a user, according to the transaction service request of the user; and a transaction assistance unit configured to send a transaction assistance request to a customer service terminal according to the transaction service request and receive a transaction assistance response of the customer service terminal to the transaction assistance request, where the transaction assistance response includes auxiliary audio-video information used to assist in completing the transaction service provided by the transaction service unit.
