The display panel includes: an array substrate; a first signal line group and a second signal line group arranged on the array substrate, the first signal line group including at least an alternating-current signal line, and the second signal line group including a plurality of signal lines which are direct-current signal lines; and a cover plate, arranged on the array substrate and covering at least the first signal line group. On a plane parallel to the cover plate, a projection of the second signal line group does not overlap with a projection of the cover plate. The display panel and the display device can ensure the reliability of the display panel while also realizing a narrow frame design of the display panel.
