In the current collecting member of the secondary battery, a terminal connection part is perpendicular to a height direction. a transition part is connected to the terminal connection part and is bent to a side of the terminal connection part along a height direction, a connection between the transition part and the terminal connection part extends along a direction which is inclined relative to a length direction and a width direction. The tab connection part is connected to the transition part and is bent relative to the transition part, and a connection between the transition part and the tab connection part is parallel to the length direction. The trough-shaped member fastens the electrical connection member relative to the battery cells, avoiding fracture of the electrical connection member due to fatigue caused by high-strength loads.

    Abstract: The present application relates to a battery module. The battery module includes a battery group and an insulating plate. The battery group includes a bus bar and a plurality of battery units, each battery unit includes a tab which includes a connecting segment and a bending segment. The insulating plate includes a plurality of plate assemblies, and the adjacent plate assemblies are connected through a connecting plate. There is an obtuse angle between each plate assembly and the connecting plate connected thereto. Each connecting segment passes through a guiding groove, and the bending segment and the bus bar are fixed and connected. The guiding groove can adjust the altitude of the tab as it passes through the insulating plate. The bending segment can be connected to the bus bar, then the process requirements can be met with a small space, which improves the energy density of the battery module.

By forming the stopper on the case, the connector can be directly assembled to the stopper during assembling process of the set of batteries without the need to fix the connector by glue or bolt connection. Therefore, not only an assembling process is simplified, but also the connector is not easily damaged during the assembling process.
