Abstract: Counter-matrix having a removable insert at an end and a roller at the other end, wherein the roller, exerting, an annular groove thereof, only the function of guiding the metal pipe being processed and by eliminating any sliding friction with the pipe, reduces the strain of the pipe bending machines. The insert has a semi-cylindrical work surface with a smaller radius or equivalent to the nominal external radius of the pipe. The insert is preferably tilted with respect to the geometric axis of the pipe or metal section, coinciding with the insertion direction of the pipe in the pipe bending machines.

Abstract: Machine for bending pieces of elongated form, both to the right and to the left, and of any transverse size and thickness compatibly with the maximum mechanical torque exertable by the machine itself, including a base, an upper surface on which all the mechanisms are mounted which allow bending the piece, as well as, within the base, the power unit which provide the necessary torque and power. The mechanisms include kits removably mounted on the machine and adaptable to the shape and size of the respective piece. An overturnable and rotatable member at one end bears a counter-matrix substitutable for small tubes and at the other end bears a counter-matrix substitutable for large tubes. The member allows selectively moving a matrix closer to the corresponding counter-matrix and bending the tube both to the right and to the left, according to which side of the overturnable member is momentarily directed upward.

Abstract: A bending machine includes a fixed frame (3a, 3b, 4) and a movable body (1), the latter being able to be tilted and being able to reach both a vertical and a horizontal machining position. This bending machine allows machining to be carried out also in situations of limited space, for example in small workshops. Moreover, it allows to avoid that the result of the machining is negatively affected by the weight of the piece/profile (12). The distribution of the mass in the movable body (1) may be of various type to obtain different advantages. A locking system (5, 6, 7, 15) is advantageously provided to lock the movable body (1) in the vertical position or in the horizontal position with respect to the fixed frame (3a, 3b, 4).
