The battery includes a heat-exchanging component, including a first plate body and two second plate bodies; a battery unit, in which includes a plurality of battery cells sequentially arranged in a second direction, the heat-exchanging component is configured to adjust a temperature of the battery cells, and the second direction intersects with the first direction; and a support component, including a support portion located at a side of the first plate body away from the accommodating space, in which the support portion is connected to the first plate body and is configured to support the heat-exchanging component, and a heat-insulating structure is arranged between the support portion and the first plate body.

The battery product can be electrically connected to an external device via the harness assembly.
