    Abstract: A lift assembly for lifting a slide ramp which is positioned on the floor of a basket of a shopping cart. Items for purchase are placed on the slide ramp. The lift assembly is actuated by a hand grip to rotate the slide ramp to an angle from the bottom of the basket. The angled slide ramp slides items placed in the basket to the end of the basket opposite from the handle and allows items placed in the basket to be removed from an end of the basket opposite of the handle.
