    Abstract: Some implementations described herein provide an etch tool having a nozzle component. The nozzle component (e.g., a gas injector component) includes a spinel-based composite material that has an increased resistivity to damage and/or debris generation within the etch tool during a plasma-based etch operation that etches material from a semiconductor substrate. The increased resistivity may decrease contamination within the etch tool to increase a yield of integrated circuit devices on the semiconductor substrate relative to another semiconductor substrate that is etched using another etch tool having another nozzle component of another material.

    Abstract: A multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) radar device for scanning at least one moving object in space, comprising a transmitting antenna array having a plurality of transmitters, a receiving antenna array having a plurality of receivers, and a processor. The transmitters transmit electromagnetic wave signals with predetermined timing delays to the moving object, the electromagnetic wave signals are configured with random sequences. The receivers receive the electromagnetic wave signals reflected by the moving object, each receiver includes a plurality of matched filters corresponding to the plurality of transmitters, each matched filter obtains the electromagnetic wave signals with the predetermined timing delays from a corresponding transmitter and outputting a value. The processor accumulating the value outputted by each matched filter of each receiver and calculating a 3D cubic aggregate result for showing an existence probability of the at least one moving object in space.

    Abstract: A method for recognizing an audio sample locates an audio file that closely matches the audio sample from a database indexing a large set of original recordings. Each indexed audio file is represented in the database index by a set of landmark timepoints and associated fingerprints. Landmarks occur at reproducible locations within the file, while fingerprints represent features of the signal at or near the landmark timepoints. To perform recognition, landmarks and fingerprints are computed for the unknown sample and used to retrieve matching fingerprints from the database. For each file containing matching fingerprints, the landmarks are compared with landmarks of the sample at which the same fingerprints were computed. If a large number of corresponding landmarks are linearly related, i.e., if equivalent fingerprints of the sample and retrieved file have the same time evolution, then the file is identified with the sample.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a method for high-security data transmission of a blockchain. First, a source node device broadcasts a data packet to at least one destination node device and at least two cooperative node devices in the blockchain. The data packet includes a random variable and a transmission data. The cooperative node devices further forward the data packet to the destination node device. When the number of data packets received by the destination node device is equal to the random variable, the cooperative node device sends a report signal to the source node device, and the source node device broadcasts a stop broadcasting request to the blockchain, then the other node devices stop forwarding data packets to the destination node device, and finally the destination node device compares the transmission data of the data packet and selects the data packet with the same transmission data packet to store.
