Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a process of machining a metal middle frame, which includes the following steps of: obtaining a sheet material and cutting the sheet material into a linear profile; performing a finish machining to the linear profile; bending the linear profile after the finish machining, obtaining a metal border frame with an R angle; welding the metal border frame; and placing the metal border frame after the welding in a die-casting mold, providing a die-casting metal liquid, thereby obtaining a die-cast middle plate connected to the metal border frame, so as to form the metal middle frame.

The middle plate and the border frame form a first seam and a second seam on a junction portion and the middle plate and the border frame are provided with a first mounting groove and a second mounting groove. The first seam is located in the first mounting groove, the second seam is located in the second mounting groove. First and second sealing elements, and the first sealing element is filled in the first mounting groove, and the second sealing element is filled in the second mounting groove.

Abstract: The present invention belongs to the flue gas desulfuration field. Specifically, the present invention relates to a supported solid-phase catalyst for oxidizing the by-product magnesium sulfite in a magnesium desulfuration process, and to preparation method and use thereof. The catalyst uses an activated carbon particle as a support, and cobalt nitrate, manganese nitrate, copper nitrate and ferrous nitrate as catalytically active components. The preparation method is as follows: mixing the pre-treated activated carbon support with the catalytically active components, followed by oscillating, standing under microwave irradiation, filtrating, drying, baking, so as to obtain the supported solid-phase catalyst.

Abstract: The application provides a method for partitioning a watermark image with western language characters, comprising: partitioning a western language characters image along rows and columns to form a plurality of character image blocks; identifying valid character image blocks from the formed character image blocks; counting sizes of the valid character image blocks to determine if the image corresponds to a document with a large font size or a document with a small font size; dividing words in the image into a plurality of groups, wherein each divided group in the document with large font size has different numbers of words from that with small font size; and dividing equally the divided word groups into multiple portions corresponding to watermark image blocks. The application further provides a device for partitioning a watermark image with western language characters. The operability of watermark embedding process can be ensured through the above technical solution.

Abstract: Disclosed is a method for printing an image, comprising a step of rasterizing an image to be printed in view of a first resolution to generate a first data bitmap; a step of splitting the first data bitmap according to a ratio of the first resolution to a second resolution to generate second data bitmaps; and a step of outputting the second data bitmaps to a printer with the second resolution for printing. Disclosed is also a device for printing images. The method and device for printing an image may solve the problem in the prior art that the definition of an image printed from a printer is too low and improve the definition of an image printed from a printer.

Abstract: An image processing method includes: generating a stochastic screening dither matrix (S101); performing a centered positive-negative conversion operation on the stochastic screening dither matrix (S102); generating a screen dot dither contrast matrix for each color surface according to the stochastic screening dither matrix after being subjected to the positive-negative conversion operation and a stochastic screening dither threshold set for each color surface of an image; performing a logical “and” operation between each data item in a one-bit amplitude modulation screen dot matrix of each color surface of the image and a data item at a corresponding position in the screen dot dither contrast matrix of the color surface, and using a result as a processed value of a corresponding data item in the one-bit amplitude modulation screen dot matrix of the color surface. An apparatus corresponding to the image processing method is also provided.

Abstract: Disclosed are a method and apparatus for embedding or detecting watermarks in a text, which belong to the field of document protection. The method and apparatus overlay an additional layer of shade in a document for recording a large amount of information from watermarks. The shade comprises the dots arranged under certain rules. Shifts of the dots record each bit string within the watermark. According to the method and apparatus, a large amount of information can be embedded and the watermarks embedded in the shade are dispersed together with the document which can be digitized by a scanner for being detected.
