The preheating net will maintain its temperature to preheat the injected mixture of gasoline and air which will be combusted completely to increase the efficiency of the gasoline engine.

    Abstract: A cylinder liner capable of oil storage and lubrication used for a model engine is provided. The cylinder liner is disposed in a cylinder of the model engine. A piston is provided in the cylinder liner to reciprocate axially. The inner wall of the cylinder liner is honed to form a plurality of grooves. The inner wall of the cylinder liner is further formed with at least one grooved trough. The grooved trough is adapted to store an oil film to provide a lubrication effect between the piston and the cylinder liner during the reciprocation of the piston. The present invention enhances the protection for the piston and the cylinder liner and lowers the temperature during the running of the model engine. The piston can be reciprocated smoothly for a long time at a high speed so as to enhance the efficiency and service life of the engine.

    Abstract: An electric starting device for a gasoline engine includes a clutch, an adapter and a motor. The clutch further provided with a flail block seat and a flail block seat. The flail block seat is pivotally disposed with flail blocks able to be optionally engaged in the starting claw, while the starting claw is combined with the motor via the adapter and the flail block seat is to be combined with the crankshaft of an engine. Thus, the motor can be started to drive the crankshaft to rotate through the clutch for starting the engine and when the engine is started to operate, the centrifugal force produced by rotation of the crankshaft will force the flail blocks to disengage from the starting claw and hence, the starting claw, the adapter and the motor will be disconnected from the crankshaft, able to effectively lower load of the engine and reduce power consumption.

    Abstract: An oil collection and forced lubrication structure of a model engine has an oil-collecting groove provided at a circumferential wall of a passageway of a crankshaft body. The oil-collecting groove is disposed with a lubrication hole extending to pass through a projecting shaft of the crankshaft body. Thus, when oil gas gets into the passageway of the crankshaft body, the oil gas will be cast by the centrifugal force produced by rotation of the crankshaft body and attached on the circumferential wall of the passageway to be collected and pre-stored in the oil-collecting groove. Then, the oil gas will be cast to the outer circumference of the projecting shaft via the lubrication hole to produce forced lubrication effect between the projecting shaft and a piston rod, thus enhancing lubrication effect, enabling the crankshaft to rotate smoothly and elevating engine efficiency.

    Abstract: A model engine carburetor capable of adjusting oil automatically when decelerating is mounted on a model engine. The model engine carburetor has a first adjustment room and a second adjustment room. The first adjustment room and the second adjustment are separated by an elastic membrane. When the model engine is decelerated at a very short time from a high speed, the model engine will generate negative pressure to draw out the air in the first adjustment room and the elastic membrane will be deformed to generate vacuum suction. The overmuch fuel oil is drawn to the second adjustment room to adjust the ratio of the oil gas. The model engine can run smoothly when the speed is decelerated at a very short time.

    Abstract: A spark plug for a model engine includes a main body. The main body has a through hole at a central portion thereof and an engaging portion disposed at a first end of the through hole to position a central electrode. The central electrode includes a connection portion at one end thereof and an extension portion at an opposing end thereof. The connection portion is protruded from the first end of the through hole. The extension portion is axially disposed in the through hole and connected with an ignition coil. One part of the through hole of the main body, close to the extension portion, is gradually enlarged towards a second end of the through hole to form an enlarged opening. The gas in the enlarged opening can be burned in an enlarged way and diffused in the cylinder of the model engine entirely, providing a complete combustion effect to enhance the horsepower of the model engine and stabilize the idle speed.

    Abstract: A shock absorber for a remote-controlled model car includes a sealing member fixed on the topside of a piston. The sealing member has two opposite flexible portions respectively matching with the flow-guiding holes of the piston, with flow gaps formed between the flexible portions and the upper outer sides of the piston. The flow gap, matching with the extent of an external force imposed upon the shock absorber, can be properly diminished or closed up. Each flexible portion is bored with a flow-adjusting hole smaller than and aligned to the flow-guiding hole of the piston for reducing the flow amount of liquid oil flowing through the flow-guiding hole. When pressed by different-extent external forces, the shock absorber can automatically adjust its buffering force to an excellent condition by adjustment of the flow-adjusting holes and the flow gaps.
