Abstract: A handle assembly for a luggage includes a case and a handle assembly. The case has an assembling portion recessed on one side of a top portion of the case towered a bottom portion of the case. The handle assembly is assembled to the case. The handle assembly is a transparent or semi-transparent plastic tube. One end of the handle assembly is inserted into the assembling portion, so that the handle assembly is slidable relative to the case. The handle assembly has a handle grip assembled with another end thereof. When the handle assembly is retracted into the case, the handle grip is abutted against the case.

Abstract: A carrying case device includes a casing having a zipper member attached to the front portion, a wheel device attached to the bottom portion, and a retractable handle secured in the inner portion of the casing and extendible outwardly through the upper portion of the casing. A bag includes a rear portion having a zipper member engageable with the zipper member of the casing, for detachably securing the bag to the casing. The bag is engageable onto the casing and attachable to the retractable handle when the bag is disengaged from the front portion of the casing.

Abstract: A suitcase comprises two hollow fixed frames and a rotatable handle device. The rotatable handle device has a handle, two elongated arms, and two slide seats. Two protruded blocks are disposed on the corresponding slide seats. A plurality of fins are disposed on the corresponding first elongated arm to enclose an upper portion of the corresponding slide seats. Two longitudinal rods are inserted in the corresponding elongated arms. A transverse rod is disposed under the handle. Two opposite ends of the transverse rod are connected to the corresponding longitudinal rods. A spring is disposed between the handle and the transverse rod. A push button is disposed on the transverse rod to contact the spring.
