  • Patent number: 11903594
Abstract: A method of using a combination device includes accessing a glenoid of a shoulder and coupling a power extension and the combination device, the power extension configured to couple with a power tool. The method further includes reaming a portion of the accessed glenoid using the coupled power extension and combination device and then decoupling the power extension and the combination device. Next, a manual extension and the combination device are coupled and the coupled manual extension is used to align a first drill guide of the combination device with a desired trajectory of a first fixation peg of a glenoid component with the combination device positioned against the reamed portion of the accessed glenoid. A drill bit is guided with the aligned first drill guide to bore a first fixation peg bore in the glenoid.
