    Abstract: Disclosed is a vapor deposition apparatus comprising an adsorption apparatus disposed in a vapor deposition cavity, wherein the adsorption apparatus comprising: a plurality of magnetic blocks arranged in a matrix disposed on a side of a substrate to be vapor deposited away from a metal mask plate, and a towing apparatus for adjusting each of the magnetic blocks to move up and down relative to the substrate to be vapor deposited. Such a vapor deposition apparatus may cause the metal mask plate to closely fit the substrate to be vapor deposited, such that a correct pattern will be formed when sub-pixel units are vapor deposited, and cause the magnetic fields of all the magnetic blocks to tend to be consistent, avoiding affecting the above-mentioned pattern by a deformation of the metal mask plate due to the inhomogeneity of the magnetic fields.

    Abstract: An OLED display device and a manufacturing method thereof, a display device and a vaporization mask are disclosed. Five sub-pixels (101) in a pixel unit (10) of the display device includes at least one red, at least one green and at least one blue sub-pixel. Four of the five sub-pixels (101) are distributed at four corners and have the same shape and size, the other one is surrounded by the four sub-pixels (101), and the four sub-pixels (101) and the one sub-pixel (101) are of different colors. Any one sub-pixel (101) at a corner of the pixel unit (10) forms a regular pattern with one sub-pixel at a corner in each of other three adjacent pixel units (10), and in the regular pattern, all of the sub-pixels are of a same color and each occupies ¼ of the pattern. The display device can reduce the difficulty of manufacturing vaporization openings of a mask and increase the display resolution.

A plurality of sub-pixels are grouped into sub-pixel groups, each of which includes at least two sub-pixels, and cathode layers of different sub-pixel groups are independent of one another. The cathode layers are reused as self-capacitance electrodes, and a driving chip determines a touch position by detecting a change in capacitance of the cathode layer, thereby achieving touch control functionality. The driving chip outputs, in a fourth phase, signals to respective cathode layers and signal terminals of each sub-pixel circuit, each of the signals is a superposition of the signal output in a third phase with a touch scanning signal.

The opening includes: a notch disposed at an intersecting region between at least some of the side sections and a surface of the shielding plate, wherein an area of the opening close to the surface of the shielding plate is larger than that of the opening away from the surface of the shielding plate. The notch increases an area of a marginal region of a film layer evaporated on a base substrate and increases a flatness of the marginal region, thereby decreasing the possibility of fracture of the metal film layer to be formed thereafter due to a high step and increasing a defect-free of the products.
