    Abstract: A grease pumping device includes a pump body, a driving mechanism, a plunger pair, a reversing valve and a lever mechanism. A switching action between each valve position of a valve core of the reversing valve is driven by the lever mechanism. An output rotating shaft drives a toggle member rotating therewith, and when the output rotating shaft rotates reciprocally in forward and reverse directions, the toggle member toggles the lever mechanism in the forward and reverse directions, such that the lever mechanism swings reciprocally. At least one of the lever mechanism and the toggle member is an elastic structure, when the output rotating shaft rotates, the toggle member contacts the lever mechanism and drives the valve core to operate, when the valve core is switched to a corresponding valve position, the toggle member and the lever mechanism slide relatively by elastic deformation of the elastic structure.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for rolling a metal composite plate/strip, comprising the following steps: 1) selecting a metal base plate and a metal cladding plate, cleaning the surfaces of the base plate and the cladding plate to be composited until the metal matrixes are exposed; 2) sequentially laminating the base plate and the cladding plate to obtain a composite plate slab; 3) rolling the composite plate slab through a composite rough rolling mill having a corrugated roll to obtain a composite plate having a corrugated mating surface on its composite surface; and 4) flattening the composite plate having a complete corrugated cladding plate by a composite finish rolling mill to a desirable thickness to obtain a composite plate/strip.

    Abstract: A method for heating a blank in a first heating furnace and a second heating furnace. The first heating furnace includes a first chamber and a second chamber communicating with the first chamber. The method includes: 1) heating the blank in the first chamber to the temperature of less than 300° C.; 2) transferring the blank heated in the first chamber to the second heating furnace, and heating the blank to the temperature of between 350° C. and 850° C., where the temperature of the second heating furnace is detected using a thermocouple, and the temperature of the blank is detected by an optical thermometer; 3) transferring the blank heated in the second heating furnace to the second chamber, and measuring the temperature of the blank using a contact thermometer; and 4) transferring the blank from 3) to a rolling mill.
