    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a standardized and virus-free rapid propagation method of Dianthus caryophyllus, belonging to the technical field of asexual propagation. The method includes the following steps: conducting virus detection on a Dianthus caryophyllus explant, and inoculating the explant into an induction medium for induction culture; after the explant germinates, cutting buds, and determining whether a virus-free treatment is required according to a virus detection result, and continuing cultivating the buds; after cultivating to obtain cluster buds, inoculating the cluster buds into an expanding propagation medium for expanding propagation, and conducting the virus detection to eliminate a virus-carrying material; conducting expanding propagation on a virus-free material to a certain base, and transferring the virus-free material to a rooting medium for rooting culture.

The bent member includes a first metal sheet and a second metal sheet having different thermal expansion coefficients. An angle between the first sample and the second sample during butt welding can be controlled by changing an included angle of a bimetallic sheet.

    Abstract: A method for cutting side plates and end plates of a scrapped railway boxcar aims to improve low disassembling efficiency as it is difficult to disassemble the scrapped railway boxcar. The steps of cutting the side plates includes: A1: cutting a top of an upper side plate; A2: performing cutting downwards, dividing the upper side plate, and then cutting the left upper side plate; A3: cutting the right upper side plate; A4: cutting a lower side plate; A5: cutting off upper channel steel on columns; A6: cutting off lower channel steel on the columns; and A7: cutting the columns. The method avoids complicated working conditions of directly cutting angle iron, the channel steel, multilayer boards and closed regions, so that the cutting efficiency of the side plates and the end plates of the boxcars is improved. Moreover, automatic cutting can be realized according to a set cutting path.

    Abstract: The present application relates to a composite binding agent grinding wheel, wherein a weight percentage of each raw material of the grinding wheel is: 45-65% of pretreatment abrasive, 8-20% of resin bonding agent, 5-12% of hexagonal boron nitride, 5-10% of silicon dioxide, 5-15% of ceramic powder, 6-12% of prealloy powder bonding agent, and 1-3% of boron powder. The composite binding agent super-hard grinding wheel prepared by the present application can achieve nano-level grinding surface quality when grinding epitaxial wafers, and the grinding wheel has strong self-sharpening and high sharpness. It has obvious advantages in the finishing of silicon carbide crystal epitaxial wafers, which can solve the current limitations of back thinning processing of silicon carbide crystal epitaxial wafers.
