    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a rotating construction platform based on a monopile, including a rotary connecting mechanism set on the top of the monopile and a working platform set on the rotary connecting mechanism. The rotary connecting mechanism includes an upper connecting tube, a lower connecting tube and a rotary support structure located between the upper connecting tube and the lower connecting tube. The working platform is fixedly connected to the upper connecting tube, and the lower connecting tube is detachably fixed to the top of the monopile. At least one side of the working platform sticks out of the side of the monopile. The rotating construction platform of the present disclosure can improve the continuity of construction operations, save construction time and costs, avoid vessel machinery from hitting monopile, improve construction positioning accuracy and ensure construction quality.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the technical field of rapid detection of molecules, and specifically relates to a method for rapid fluorescent immunoassay (FIA) and chemiluminescent immunoassay (CLIA) based on electrokinetic acceleration. The method includes the following steps sequentially: S1. sample acceleration: applying an actuating signal to a chip on which a target molecule is dripped to obtain a chip binding to the target molecule, where the chip includes an electrode sheet and coating molecules is immobilized on the electrode sheet; and S2. secondary antibody acceleration: adding a secondary antibody for binding to the target molecule dropwise on the chip binding to the target molecule, and applying an actuating signal to the chip to obtain a chip binding to the secondary antibody. The method can effectively improve a rate of FIA and CLIA, and can speed up a detection process and meet the need for rapid point-of-care testing (POCT).

    Abstract: Disclosed are a non-to-the-home type device and method for detecting electric meter misconnection based on the PLC communication technology and using multiple frequencies. The detection device includes a master detection device and a slave detection device. The master detection device acquires address information of different electric meters at the outlet terminals of the electric meters by using RS485 communication. The modulation circuit modulates the communication address information of different electric meters into high-frequency carrier signals of different frequencies, and sends the high-frequency carrier signals to user sides by using the PLC communication technology. A line trap is provided between the modulation circuit and the electric meters. The slave detection device has a high-frequency carrier signal detection antenna.
