  • Patent number: 12723259
Abstract: The present application provides a root-knot nematode disease-related miRNA and its regulatory gene, proteins and application. The miRNA is miRcn1, and the genes regulated by miRcn1 include CRF9. The protein is encoded by the root-knot nematode disease-related miRNA regulatory gene provided by the present application. The application includes resistance to root-knot nematode disease. The present application experimentally confirms that miRNA miRcn1 and its target gene CRF9 have an important role in the control of root-knot nematodes. Overexpression of miRNA miRcn1 and silencing of the target gene CRF9 can improve plant resistance to root-knot nematodes.

  • Publication number: 20260123631
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a natural porphin salt and a use thereof as a plant growth regulator and a plant immunity inducer. The porphin salt includes a salt of porphin or a salt of chlorin. Compared with the prior art, the porphin salt of the present disclosure has high stability, exhibits a stable and reliable quality during long-term storage, has a long shelf life, and is easy to carry and transport. The porphin salt has prominent water solubility, is easy to prepare into an aqueous solution with a stable content, and exhibits excellent reproducibility when applied to the field. The porphin salt can be conveniently applied at a low concentration with a strong activity and a prominent control effect. Raw materials for preparing the porphin salt are natural and widely available. The preparation of the porphin salt is emission-free, pollution-free, energy-saving, and eco-friendly.

  • Publication number: 20160324992
Abstract: A method of detecting an atherosclerotic plaque vulnerable to rupture in a subject comprises providing to the subject a labelled necrostatin or a derivative thereof, and visualizing the label, wherein a localization of the label in a plaque indicates the plaque is vulnerable to rupture. A method of detecting and treating an atherosclerotic plaque vulnerable to rupture comprises providing to the subject a labelled necrostatin or a derivative thereof, visualizing the label, wherein a localization of the label in a plaque indicates the plaque is vulnerable to rupture; and providing a necroptosis inhibitor or derivative thereof to the subject when the visualizing indicates that the plaque is vulnerable to rupture. The necroptosis inhibitor may comprise a necrostatin, such as Nec-1. The label may be a radiolabel such as 123I. By visualizing plaques vulnerable to rupture, atherosclerotic plaques may be identified and treated in advance of rupture.
