    Abstract: A connector crimping device includes a first movable block movable along a first direction and formed with a sliding slot extending along the first direction, a second movable block movable along the sliding slot, and an installation shaft rotatably installed to the first movable block and passing through the second movable block. The installation shaft includes a first shaft portion rotationally mated with the first movable block and having a first central axis extending along a second direction perpendicular to the first direction. The installation shaft has a second shaft portion rotationally mated with the second movable block and having a second central axis extending along the second direction. The second central axis is offset by a predetermined distance from the first central axis. A movement distance of the second movable block relative to the first movable block in the first direction is adjustable by rotating the installation shaft.

    Abstract: A cable insertion device includes a first block having a row of slots and a second block assembled onto the first block. A row of upper semicircular holes corresponding to the row of slots is formed on the second block. The cable insertion device includes a third block assembled onto the first block. A row of lower semicircular holes corresponding to the row of slots is formed on the third block. One of the upper semicircular holes and one of the lower semicircular holes are combined into a guide hole for guiding a cable into a cable hole of a connector housing. The cable insertion device includes a locking component clamped between the first block and the third block and having elastic cantilevers corresponding to the slots. Each of the elastic cantilevers extends into one of the slots and rests against the cable inserted into the cable hole.

    Abstract: A connector fixture includes a fixed seat, a rotating shaft passing through and rotatably installed on the fixed seat, an installation block fixed to the rotating shaft and having radial sliding slots, clamping jaws slidably installed in the radial sliding slots, a transmission component sleeved on and movable with respect to the rotating shaft, and a driving member sleeved on and driving the transmission component. The transmission component has an installation hole with grooves. An end of the rotating shaft is inserted into the installation hole and the clamping jaws are in the grooves. A first inclined plane is formed on the clamping jaws and a second inclined plane is formed on the grooves. The second inclined plate is mated with the first inclined plane to convert an axial movement of the transmission component into a radial movement of the clamping jaws to clamp a connector with the clamping jaws.
