    Abstract: A gene related to biosynthesis of ergothioneine is provided. Based on five synthesis genes of ergothioneine in Mycobacteroides abscessus, only an encoding sequence of each of the five genes is retained, and a gene structure of an encoding region in each gene is optimized to obtain genes related to the biosynthesis of the ergothioneine that are stably expressed in rice. These genes have sequences set forth in SEQ ID NO: 1 to SEQ ID NO: 5, and encoded proteins thereof have amino acid sequences set forth in SEQ ID NO: 6 to SEQ ID NO: 10. The gene is transferred into rice to construct a transgenic rice molecular farm to produce the ergothioneine. As a molecular farm, rice seeds do not contain alkaloids or allergens that are harmful to the human body. Moreover, biosynthesized ergothioneine shows the advantages of easy extraction and processing and of low production cost.

The high-nickel cathode material for lithium-ion batteries of the present invention has a stable structure and interface, is relatively stable in the air, and is convenient for large-scale production. The prepared battery has low gas production and high safety.

The preparation method includes: performing blending reaction on chitosan quaternary ammonium salt and phytic acid to generate a polyelectrolyte complex; and adding the polyelectrolyte complex into a polyvinyl alcohol solution, heating the polyvinyl alcohol solution added with the polyelectrolyte complex to obtain a film-forming solution, pouring the film-forming solution into a mold, leveling and drying the film-forming solution to obtain the high-barrier antibacterial flame-retardant food packaging film. The food packaging film has water vapor permeability in 1.82-2.58×10?8 g·s?1·m?1·Pa?1, oxygen permeability in 1.63-12.31 cm3·mm?2·Pa?1·day?1, and a value of limiting oxygen index (LOI) in 28.10%-33.33%.

    Abstract: To improve the accuracy and efficiency of object detection through computer digital image analysis, the detection of some objects can inform the sub-portion of the digital image to which subsequent computer digital image analysis is directed to detect other objects. In such a manner object detection can be made more efficient by limiting the image area of a digital image that is analyzed. Such efficiencies can represent both computational efficiencies and communicational efficiencies arising due to the smaller quantity of digital image data that is analyzed. Additionally, the detection of some objects can render the detection of other objects more accurate by adjusting confidence thresholds based on the detection of those related objects. Relationships between objects can be utilized to inform both the image area on which subsequent object detection is performed and the confidence level of such subsequent object detection.

(3) The chitosan quaternary ammonium salt solution is applied to a part to be sealed between two anionic polysaccharide films, and the part be sealed is pressed for 1˜2 s under conditions of a pressure of 0.3˜0.5 MPa and a temperature of 20˜30° C. to complete the press-sealing. The press-sealing strength of the anionic polysaccharide films after press-sealing is 1.38±0.26˜6.95±0.95 N/15 mm. It is used for packaging beef tallow and other foods, can effectively prolong the shelf life of foods, and can be used in the field of food packaging.

The gene combination includes a tdiAS gene, a tdiBS gene, a tdiCS gene, a tdiDS gene, a tdiES gene, an sfpS gene, an ScCKS gene, and an AtIPKS gene with nucleotide sequences set forth in SEQ ID NOS:1 to 8. In the present disclosure, a recombinant engineered strain capable of producing terrequinone A having anti-cancer activity is obtained by separately constructing recombinant plasmids pC02 and pU03 through the eight genes and transforming the two recombinant plasmids into E. coli. The content of terrequinone A in a fermentation broth thereof is 106.3 mg/L, which has potential application value in the biopharmaceutical field.

An indicated pH value range is 4-8, color variation can be completed within 30 seconds, and the food freshness can be accurately indicated.
