The composition includes a UV filter system that includes one or more UV filters. The silicone film former and blend of silicones are present in quantities sufficient to provide an SPF that is boosted by at least 100% as compared to a composition that lacks silicone film former, and the cosmetic composition has a unique texture that provides low friction and high glide.
