    Abstract: A nasal splint for effecting controlled support of the nasal pyramid, the splint, which can have a base portion of pyramid configuration, having a bridge portion and a pair of elongated wings on each side of the bridge portion extending laterally from the bridge portion thereof; an elastomeric device adjustably attachable on lateral edges of said wings to exert a force on said wings. The wings can also have at least one opening for fixedly positioning at least one compression head having a stud extending medially through the at least one opening. The base portion can be formed from a bendable frame laminated to a pliable membrane pad, the foam pad being disposed medially to the frame.
