The interventional element includes a proximal end portion with a hole therethrough, the attachment portion of the elongate member extending through the hole at the bend such that first and second segments of the elongate member each extend proximally from the hole. A retention portion includes an arm extends proximally of the hole and a shoulder protruding radially outwardly from a proximal portion of the arm. A joining element circumferentially surrounds at least a portion of the retention portion and at least a portion of the first and second segments of the elongate member such that a proximal end of the joining element is positioned distal to the shoulder of the retention portion.

In a second embodiment where one side is not significantly shorter than a longest side, the lid flange is located at a corner to concentrate the leverage for opening. A continuous flange surrounds a generally planar member and mates with a outwardly projecting rim. The flange includes a pair of surfaces, including an inwardly angled surface which acts to form a stable seal, and actually urges the lid downward as the natural sealing force from the flange is applied.

A supporting wheel is provided at a position having an equal angular distance to both the coaxial rollers. When the knob of the joy stick is shaken, a vertical central line of the ball added with the weight is always kept in its vertical position, hence the coaxial rollers are rubbed by the ball in rotation. In this way, the required amount of displacement of the horizontal and vertical gratings being shaken is obtained.
