Abstract: Disclosed in the present disclosure are a flood event identification method and apparatus, an electronic device, and a readable storage medium. The method includes: obtaining runoff time sequence data; obtaining initial peak occurrence time by using N continuous first-order difference values in a first-order difference sequence of the runoff time sequence data; obtaining initial start and end time by using M continuous first-order difference values in the first-order difference sequence; and screening out determined peak occurrence time from the initial peak occurrence time, and screening out start and end time corresponding to the peak occurrence time from the initial start and end time. With the technical solution provided by the present disclosure, flood events can be automatically selected with high efficiency and accuracy.

Abstract: A method is described that is executed by a computer system implementing a hypertext transfer protocol (HTTP) to enable serving media files by streaming over HTTP. The method is constructed to enable serving media files that are segmented from multiple sources using switch access points defined in a switch access point (SAP) file. The SAP files define transition points in the serving of the media files between different media file sources. The method includes a set of steps such as determining a media meta file or media segment files for a SAP file. The requested media meta file or media segment files are sent to the client. A request for a SAP file is then received from the client. The SAP file request is redirected to a second HTTP server in response to the SAP file indicating the next media segment file identified by the SAP file is not local.

Abstract: An electrical connector having an insulative housing having a mating cavity and a plurality of passageways, a plurality of electrical contacts received in the corresponding passageways and a sealing member received in the mating cavity. The insulative housing defines a front face and a mounting wall, the mating cavity is formed between the front face and the mounting wall. Each electrical contact has a contacting portion, a tail portion, and a main portion connecting the contacting portion with the tail portion, each main portion defines a plurality of barbs on both sides thereof. The sealing member has a base portion and at least one opening defined in the base portion for tail portions passing through. At least one electrical contact defines a wing on one side thereof, and the sealing member is restricted between the wing and the mounting wall.

Abstract: A system, and program product for managing the creation, retrieval, editing or distribution of content by creating a folder and filing the folder in a library on a selected server. This is accomplished by first creating an autofoldering configuration entry in an Auto Link table. Accomplishment of this step results in returning target item types and an auto folder structure. This auto folder structure contains target and source item type IDs. The next step is fetching a next set of target item type attribute IDs, and looping through item types from the auto folder structure, searching for a target folder for each target item type from the auto folder structure. A link is invoked to a folder for each target item found; and a target folder is created if no target folders are found.

Abstract: A system and method for authorizing access to a controlled entity by a user. A set of user privileges is provided for user; and a content manager intersects an access control list (ACL) and the set of user privileges to authorize access. Binding level control indicia selectively binds an access control list (ACL) to the controlled entity at item type, item, mixed, or library binding level. An item type comprises one or more component items with each component item having one or more item views which together form an item type view. A content manager is responsive to the binding level to perform ACL checking for authorizing access to the controlled entity by the user.

Abstract: A method, system and article of manufacture for reducing a deadlock probability during transaction processing in a computer network system having a plurality of users of the network system that comprises a content management system performing implicit transactions via API calls to a library server on a plurality of entities shareable by users of the network. The computer-implemented method comprises invoking a transaction sequence in response to a transaction request, performing a prepare portion of the transaction sequence, implicitly committing the prepare portion of the transaction, performing an update portion of the transaction sequence, and fully committing the transaction.

Abstract: A content management system provides versioning capability that can either be controlled by the client application or be transparent thereto. Control of document versions depends on the root and child component attributes that are defined by the hierarchical structure of the document. When a document is updated, the present system performs any or all of the following scenarios as desired by the user: replace the existing attribute values stored in the root component instance for a specified document; replace the existing attribute values stored in a specified child component instance for the specified document; add a new child component instance into the hierarchical structure for the specified document; or delete an existing child component instance from the hierarchical structure for the specified document.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and program products for managing multimedia content. These are built upon a combination of a high level content model for specific multimedia content types and a low level physical for mapping to a data engine. The method, system, and program product include representing multimedia content management objects and managing the objects in a relational database. The relational database is adapted for representing data in a plurality of relational database tables, where each of the relational database tables has at least one row with a plurality of columns. Content is managed by associating the object as an item to a row in a first relational database table; and associating additional components, if any, of the object to additional relational database tables.

The content management system is one that is configured and controlled to establish a connection between a client and a library server, generate a transaction identifier and insert, a record for the transaction in a tracking table associated with the library server, pass transaction data from the client to a resource manager, process the transaction at the resource manager and record transaction data in a tracking table associated with the resource manager. The resource manager returns transaction success/failure data to the client, compares activity recorded in the tracking tables, and takes corrective action based upon the activity comparison.

Abstract: An item versioning implementation in a content management system provides versioning capability that can either be controlled by the client application or be transparent thereto. Versioning is controlled by the user. The user also defines the manner in which old versions are maintained. The number of previous versions of the document may be limited by the user. The present system provides enhanced server capability for managing version control by document type, reduces client application complexity, reduces the number of required data parameters transmitted across network communications, allows flexibility in control of document versioning, and maintains compatibility with content management systems that do not have versioning control. Control of document versions depends on the root and child component attributes that are defined by the hierarchical structure of the document.

Abstract: Managing a content management system. Abstract: A database management system, method, and program product for managing a relational database of items. Each of the items has a plurality of attributes, and the relational database is adapted to operate on the items as a function of the attributes of an item. According to our invention the attributes are arrayed in a hierarchal array of attributes and levels of attribute groups, such that an attribute group contains one or more attributes. According to our invention an attribute is contained in only one first level attribute group, and an intermediate attribute group is contained in only one attribute group at a next higher level. In a preferred embodiment of our invention the items are content items.
