Patent number: 9604049Abstract: An electrical implantable lead includes an elongated lead body having a plurality of lumens therein, including at least one linear lumen and at least one planar, non-linear lumen and a plurality of conductor cables disposed within the plurality of lumens. The electrical implantable lead further includes a terminal connector coupled to a proximal end of the lead body, the terminal connector being in electrical communication with at least one of the plurality of conductor cables. Further, the electrical implantable lead includes at least one electrode coupled to the lead body, the at least one electrode in electrical communication with at least one of the plurality of conductor cables. In accordance with various embodiments, the at least one non-linear lumen extends longitudinally along a portion of the lead body and includes a plurality or crests and a plurality of troughs.Type: GrantFiled: November 16, 2015Date of Patent: March 28, 2017Assignee: Cardiac Pacemakers, Inc.Inventors: Lily Lim, Devon N. Patent number: 9368925Abstract: An IS-4 terminal connector assembly includes three terminal electrodes positioned over an inner tubular member such that they are radially offset from one another. Each of the terminal ring electrodes are configured such that they can withstand both tensile and cyclical bending loads with minimal compromise in their outer geometry. Additionally, each of the terminal electrodes is configured such that they have both an inner and outer geometry that facilitates adequate insulation between a select terminal electrode and an adjacent conductor. Additionally, each of the terminal ring electrodes is configured such that they facilitate an external approach to staking a cable conductor.Type: GrantFiled: November 18, 2013Date of Patent: June 14, 2016Assignee: Cardiac Pacemakers, Inc.Inventors: Lily Lim, Ronald W. Kunkel, Joseph C. Walker, Peter C. Hall, Steven E. Schultz, Devon N. Arnholt, Angelo Fruci

Publication number: 20050242140Abstract: The present invention relates to a storage apparatus in the form of a flexible and foldable sheet whereby the storage sheet is secured to the frame and parts of the bicycle. The storage sheet has pockets for storing items required by a cyclist and attachments such as tools. The storage sheet is compartmentalized with these pockets for the storage of different types of items like accessories, food, tools etc. The pockets and attachments are positioned in a manner for easy retrieval of these stored items by the cyclist during cycling, thereby enabling the cyclist to continue with the cycling. The flexible and foldable storage sheet is secured to the bicycle at strategic locations by employing a 3-contact point system. When not in use, the flexible and foldable storage sheet can be folded neatly, for storage. The foldable storage sheet is also advantageous when the product is put on display for sale or when shipped out to retailers.Type: ApplicationFiled: April 26, 2004Publication date: November 3, 2005Inventors: Mann Yong, Lily Lim
