Abstract: This disclosure relates to sensors comprising an elastomeric body incorporating a plurality of discrete electrical conductors such that an electrically conductive path can be formed within the elastomeric body via conduction between neighbouring conductors, and the elastomeric body includes at least one slit passing between neighbouring conductors. These sensors may be included in circuit structures, decals and vibration sensors. Also disclosed are methods of preparing the sensors, circuit structures and decals, and methods of using the sensors, circuit structures and decals.
