    Abstract: A brazing joint, a brazing method, and a device for promoting solder rheology and gas overflow are provided. The brazing joint includes a first base metal, a second base metal, and a brazing seam located therebetween. The brazing seam is formed by filling a solder in a gap formed by welding surfaces of the first and the second base metal and melting it to connect the first and the second base metal. The brazing seam is a concave-shaped brazing seam. The gap defines a first distance and a second distance, the first distance is located at an edge of the gap, the second distance is located at the edge or an inside of the gap, the first distance is greater than the second distance, and a curved surface is formed between the location of the first distance and the location of the second distance for transition.

    Abstract: The invention relates to a GDSL lipase, genetically-engineered bacteria and an application thereof. The GDSL lipase is derived from Streptomyces diastaticus CS1801 and its amino acid sequence is as shown in SEQ ID NO.2. After construction of a genetically-engineered bacterium strain, a GDSL lipase is generated through fermentation. Through this enzyme, vitamin A and palmitic acid are converted to produce vitamin A palmitate. The content of the vitamin A palmitate obtained from the conversion is 16.35 mg/L at most. The conversion efficiency is 81.75% at most. This lipase provides a new path to synthesize vitamin A palmitate by the enzymatic method and has an important application prospect.

The strain is classified and named Bacillus subtilis CS1802, with a preservation number of CCTCC NO: M2018262. The strain can be used to produce vitamin A palmitate through whole-cell transformation of vitamin A and palmitic acid. The Bacillus subtilis CS1802 of the present invention is derived from traditional natural fermented food and is a microorganism generally recognized as safe. The strain can be easily cultured and preserved. The highest content of vitamin A palmitate obtained through whole-cell transformation of vitamin A and palmitic acid is 15.35 mg/L. The highest transformation efficiency is 76.75%. The strain provides a new path for enzymatic synthesis of vitamin A palmitate and has important application prospects.

A waiting period is started in response to the failure to prohibit selecting the first cell during the waiting period. After determining that the wireless device has left a vicinity of the first location in the first cell, the wireless device connects to the telecommunication network via the first cell before an expiration of the waiting period. According to the disclosure, the wireless device does not need to wait for the expiration of the waiting period before recom1ecting to the first cell. The wireless device does not need to connect to a lower data rate cell during the waiting period when the first cell is available. The user experience is improved.
