  • Publication number: 20260033120
Abstract: A perovskite solar cell and a photovoltaic module are provided. The perovskite solar cell includes a first electrode, a second electrode, a light absorbing layer, a hole transport layer, and an electron transport layer. The light absorbing layer is disposed between the first and second electrodes. The hole transport layer is positioned between the first electrode and the light absorbing layer, and the electron transport layer is positioned between the second electrode and the light absorbing layer. The solar cell further comprises a passivation layer disposed between the hole transport layer and the light absorbing layer and/or between the electron transport layer and the light absorbing layer. The passivation layer comprises at least two materials selected from an organic molecular passivation material, a metal oxide semiconductor material, and a metal halide. The passivation layer enhances device stability and photoelectric conversion efficiency.

  • Publication number: 20260013316
Abstract: The present application relates to the technical field of photovoltaics, and provides a perovskite cell, a photovoltaic module, a photovoltaic power generation system and an electrical device. The perovskite cell includes: a wide absorption spectrum perovskite layer located between a transparent substrate layer and an electrode layer, wherein the wide absorption spectrum perovskite layer includes a three-dimensional perovskite and a light-conversion material, at least part of the light-conversion material is distributed in the intergranular gaps of the three-dimensional perovskite, and the light-conversion material includes at least one of an up-conversion material and a down-conversion material. The present application can alleviate the technical problems of a low solar spectrum utilization rate and a low energy conversion efficiency of the existing perovskite cells.

  • Patent number: 11927856
Abstract: A display panel and a display device are provided according to embodiments of the application. In the display panel, a first metal electrode layer further includes multiple second metal electrode lines which are located in the same layer as multiple first metal electrode lines. An end of the second metal electrode line is electrically connected with the drain of a thin film transistor; and the other end of the second metal electrode line is electrically connected with the pixel electrode, so that the pixel electrode is electrically connected with the drain of the corresponding thin film transistor through the second metal electrode line. The area occupied by the electric connection region of the pixel electrode and the drain of the corresponding thin film transistor is reduced and the display area of the display panel is increased, when the size and the thickness of the display panel are not increased.

  • Patent number: 11849596
Abstract: A perovskite solar battery, including a transparent conductive glass substrate, a hole transport layer, a perovskite light-absorbing layer, an electron transport layer, and an electrode are described. The hole transport layer is a nickel oxide hole transport layer. Simple-substance nickel exists on a contact surface of the hole transport layer in contact with the perovskite light-absorbing layer. On the contact surface of the hole transport layer in contact with the perovskite light-absorbing layer, a ratio between simple-substance nickel and trivalent nickel is 85:15 to 99:1, optionally 90:10 to 99:1, and further optionally 95:5 to 99:1. This application further provides a method for preparing a perovskite solar battery.
