    Abstract: The invention discloses a support member, comprising an annular body and a support projection disposed on an end surface and/or an inner wall of the annular body, wherein the support projection extends from the end surface of the annular body in an axial direction of the annular body and is configured to extend into an interior of a pipe member to support the pipe member. The pipe member is supported so that the pipe member is prevented from deformation under the action of a fastener, and effective and reliable abutting of the adjacent pipe members located on two sides of the support member is ensured, thereby improving the sealing performance and waterproofing performance at the abutment of the adjacent pipe members to enable a line pipe system formed by the pipe member to be more safe and reliable.

    Abstract: A white coating material includes 10-70 weight % of hollow glass beads (HGBs) and 30-90 weight % of resin. An intelligent thermochromic coating material includes 10-70 parts by weight of HGBs, 30-90 parts by weight of resin and 0.5-5 parts by weight of reversible thermochromic microcapsules. Due to the rich multi-level cavity structure of HGBs and the inherent characteristics of the polymer, the average reflectivity of the coating layer in the solar spectrum range is as high as 0.96, and the long-wave infrared emissivity can be as high as 0.95. The optical properties, whiteness and hiding power are better than traditional white coating materials based on titanium dioxide. The coating layer added with a small amount of reversible thermochromic microcapsules can switch freely its color between ultra-white and another color as the ambient temperature changes, thereby achieving intelligent adjustment of solar heating and passive radiative cooling.

The fabricated spiky hollow carbon spheres composed polydimethylsiloxane sensing film whose spheres were well dispersed in the matrix. The spiky structure is useful for the spheres to trigger Fowler-Nordheim (F-N) tunneling effect and thus enhancing the sensitivity of the material. The carbon material fabricated by the precursor transformation method contains a proper Nitrogen doping, which has efficiently increased the carrier migration ability. The hollow structure can both regulate the density of fillers and help to improve its temperature independence. Calcine the spheres under an inert atmosphere to transform the spiky hollow organic spheres into a carbon one, in this process the Nitrogen fraction and graphitization can be adjusted. The above carbon spheres then can be assembled with polydimethylsiloxane to achieve the composite film.

The resulted nanocomposite resins has a solid content of >95%, molecular weight of 1000˜5000 g/mol and hydroxyl value of 80-200 mg KOH/g, and a viscosity in the range of 800-2000 mPa.s. The viscosities are especially lower than those obtained by a blending method. The nanosilica content in the nanocomposite resin is 1˜15% (based on the total solid content of nanocomposite resin). The high solid polyester polyol/silica nanocomposite resin was curable with isocyanate or melamine to prepare high solid transparent nanocomposite coatings with obviously improved abrasion and scratch resistance, hardness, weatherability etc.
