Abstract: A riser tube coating for a cast aluminum alloy includes a coating-riser tube contact layer material and a coating-aluminum liquid contact layer material. The present invention has a coating protection effect to the maximum mainly by designing ratios of ZrO, Al2O3, ZnO, binders and other materials and a coat drying heat treatment process, and finally realizes effects of protecting a riser tube, being free of aluminum sticking and prolonging a service life.

Abstract: A purification method of a recovered aluminum melt for an automobile hub includes nitrogen degassing of a gas permeable brick pouring ladle bottom layer arranged on a lower portion of a gas permeable brick pouring ladle and argon degassing of a rotor degasser arranged on an upper portion. The invention has a good degassing and deslagging effect and high purification efficiency, and achieves energy conservation and environmental protection.

In a method for event reporting in a system that includes an event source and a plurality of event consumers, notifications from the event source are received at an event reporter. The notifications are received at a first rate. The event reporter receives a plurality of desired sampling rates from the plurality of event consumers, where each of the desired the sampling rates indicates a rate at which an event consumer desires reporting of notifications from the event reporter. The notifications are filtered based on the first rate and the plurality of desired sampling rates. The filtering selects one or more of the notifications to be reported to one or more event consumers of the plurality of event consumers. The selected one or more of the notifications are reported.
