    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention relate to a method and an apparatus for processing signal interference, including: splitting a first self-interference signal into at least two same sub self-interference signals, adjusting amplitudes and phases of the sub self-interference signals to obtain adjusted sub-signals, superposing the adjusted sub-signals and received signals, to obtain superposed sub-signals, filtering the superposed sub-signals by using filters of corresponding channels, to obtain wanted sub-signals, and merging each of the wanted sub-signals to obtain a complete wanted signal. Because received signals are separately filtered by using n different channels, it can be implemented that a self-interference signal can be effectively filtered out on each frequency band.

    Abstract: A manufacturing method of a semiconductor structure includes the following steps. A patterned photoresist layer is formed on a wafer of the wafer structure. The wafer is etched, such that channels are formed in the wafer, and a protection layer of the wafer structure is exposed through the channels. The protection layer is etched, such that openings aligned with the channels are formed in the protection layer. Landing pads in the protection layer are respectively exposed through the openings and the channels, and the caliber of each of the openings is gradually increased toward the corresponding channel. Side surfaces of the wafer surrounding the channels are etched, such that the channels are expanded to respectively form hollow regions. The caliber of the hollow region is gradually decreased toward the opening, and the caliber of the opening is smaller than that of the hollow region.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a plasma generating device comprising a high voltage driving device, an insulated substrate, and two electrode units. The present invention further provides a manufacturing method of a plasma generating device comprising the following steps of: (1) preparing an insulated substrate with a first surface and a second surface; (2) preparing two electrode units which respectively dispose one electrode unit on the first surface and the second surface, and (3) connecting the electrode with the high voltage driving device. Compared to the prior arts, the present invention provides a simpler process to manufacture the micro plasma generating device without using delicate facilities or machine tools. The present invention has advantages of lower cost and simpler manufacturing processes.

    Abstract: A reconfigurable TDD-FDD multiplexer operates in a TDD mode and a FDD mode. The TDD-FDD multiplexer includes an interdigital quadruplexer in series with a one-pole three-throw RF switch. The interdigital quadruplexer includes of two V-band filters, connectable to a transmitter and a receiver, respectively, for TDD mode duplexing, and two E-band filters, connectable to a transmitter and a receiver, respectively, for FDD mode duplexing. The E-band filters include an E-band transmitting filter that passes an E-band transmitting frequency band, and an E-band receiving filter that passes for an E-band receiving frequency band offset from the E-band transmitting frequency band. Switching between the V-band receiving filter and V-band transmitting filter enables TDD duplexing functionality at V-band frequencies. Switching to the two E-band filters enables FDD duplexing functionality at E-band frequencies.

In one embodiment, the UE obtains a set of DMRS seeds and randomly selecting one to generate a DMRS sequence for the Msg3. The set of DMRS seeds is either generated based on a received cell-specific parameter or are received from the network. In another embodiment, the eNB, upon detecting the collision in Msg3, indicates a lowered MCS level for the Msg3 transmission in the RAR after the preamble detection. In another embodiment, the early termination of Msg3 transmission is used upon determining the collision of Msg3. In one embodiment, the eNB responds an ACK to a failed Msg3 to suspend the re-transmission of the Msg3. In another embodiment, the eNB sends a flag to cancel the mac-ContentionResolutionTimer and terminate the Msg3 transmission. The termination indication is either embedded in the acknowledgement signaling or sent through PDCCH signaling.

The manufacturing method includes the steps of: applying a hot glue layer to a side of a stiffened plate; putting a base layer on the hot glue layer, and then heating and adhering the base layer and the stiffened plate together; and performing a pressing process on the base layer and the stiffened plate to form a diaphragm having a central portion and a surround portion. The stiffened plate is coated uniformly with the hot glue layer and then put on the base layer to undergo heating and adhesion; hence, an oversupply or undersupply of a glue will be unlikely to happen. Furthermore, the manufacturing process is simple and attains high-strength adhesion between the stiffened plate and the base layer.

If the voltages on the two light-loading setting points are not balanced (i.e., a reverse current is about to flow into the power supplier), the output isolation switch-component (MOSFET) is turned off in advance, so that a power isolation function is started/activated before the reverse current flows into the power supplier.
