Abstract: A nitride light-emitting diode including: a substrate with sub-micro patterns over the surface, which is divided into a growth region and a non-growth region; a growth blocking layer, formed in the non-growth region of the substrate for blocking epitaxial growth in the non-growth region of the substrate; a light-emitting epitaxial layer, comprising an n-type layer, a light-emitting layer and a p-type layer, formed in the growth region of the substrate, which extends to the non-growth region through lateral epitaxy and covers the growth blocking layer; wherein, the refractive index of the growth blocking layer is less than that of the light-emitting epitaxial layer and the growth blocking layer forms undulating morphology along the sub-micro patterns of the substrate, thus increasing light extraction interface of LED, generating refractive index difference between the light-emitting epitaxial layer and the light extraction interface and improving light extraction efficiency.

Abstract: Present disclosure provides a multicrystalline silicon (mc-Si) brick, including a bottom portion starting from a bottom to a height of 100 mm, a middle portion starting from the height of 100 mm to a height of 200 mm; and a top portion starting from the height of 200 mm to a top. A percentage of incoherent grain boundary in the bottom portion is greater than a percentage of incoherent grain boundary in the top portion. Present disclosure also provides a multicrystalline silicon (mc-Si) wafer. The mc-Si wafer includes a percentage of non-? grain boundary from about 60 to about 75 and a percentage of ?3 grain boundary from about 12 to about 25.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a method and a device for configuring photographing parameters, which relate to the field of terminal device technology. The method for configuring photographing parameters in a main device includes: acquiring photographing parameters, which include at least an output color temperature and an output time, for configuring a supplemental device with a flashlight component capable of adjusting color temperature according to a currently set photographing mode; and transmitting the photographing parameters to the supplemental device through a wireless data network, such that the supplemental device sets an output color temperature and an output time of the flashlight component in the supplemental device according to the photographing parameters when photographing.

A second signal is transmitted to the additional electronic device. The second signal is an audio signal to instruct the additional electronic device to maintain the wireless communication.

The method also includes prioritizing one or more of the media sessions based on prioritization criteria that includes the one or more status alerts correlated with those media sessions. The method also includes presenting one or more of the prioritized media sessions in a chronological view on respective user interfaces of one or more public-safety communication devices.

Abstract: A method and apparatus records at a first mobile device, separately, each of an upstream component and a downstream component of a speech data associated with users of the first mobile device and a second mobile device in a full-duplex communication system. Speech endpointing is performing on each recorded component to delimit speech chunks in each component using timing information common to both components. The speech chunks are converted to text chunks using at least one automatic speech recognition process and the text chunks are displayed, based on the timing information, in chronological order on a graphical user interface of the first mobile device as diarized text.

Abstract: According to one aspect of the present disclosure, a method and technique for establishment service rating via tip amounts is disclosed. The method includes: determining, by a client computing system, a total tip amount corresponding to a plurality of transactions at an establishment; determining a total party size representing a total quantity of consumers receiving services from the establishment corresponding to the plurality of transactions; computing an average tip per person value based on the total tip amount and the total party size, the average tip per person value anonymous to the consumers; and forwarding, by the client computing system to a rating service for online display by the rating service, the average tip per person value corresponding to the establishment for online access and viewing by other consumers.

The method may include: sending, by a mobile terminal, a request to a server for pulling status update data of a social network, so that the server acquires original status update data that is requested to be pulled, the original status update data including a source video address; performing, by the server, adaptation processing on the source video address, to generate an adaptive video address; updating, by the server, the original status update data by using the adaptive video address, to obtain optimized status update data, and returning the optimized status update data to the mobile terminal; and obtaining, by the mobile terminal, adaptive video data according to the adaptive video address in the optimized status update data, and playing the adaptive video data.

The flexible enclosure includes a second joining edge and by engaging the first joining edge with the second joining edge, the front cover sheet and the flexible enclosure are fixed. Besides, the containing structure further includes a holding portion. Under a contained state, the holding portion is used to contain smaller objectives; whereas, in an unfolded state, in addition to using the flexible enclosure to contain larger objectives, the holding portion can be also used to contain smaller objectives. The present invention can be also applied to a piece of clothing combined with a bag unit or other flexible enclosure.

The die of touch controller IC is bonded onto the one-layer multi-touch sensor panel by a chip-on-glass method. The die of touch controller IC is connected to the plurality of conductive lines to drive the plurality of conductive lines and receive sensing signals associated with the plurality of conductive lines for detecting touch positions on the one-layer multi-touch sensor panel. A region arranged between the die bonding region and the ring-shaped wiring region is defined as an insulating region. The insulating layer at least partially covers the insulating region. The reflecting layer is arranged above the die bonding region and at least partially covers the top surface of the insulating layer. Moreover, the instant disclosure also provides a manufacturing method of an LED carrier.
