    Abstract: A lawn or garden ornament having an inner frame and an outer frame. The outer frame is to receive a fluid such that at least one first orifice arranged therein is to discharge a portion of the fluid in a first direction outwardly therefrom to cause rotation of the outer frame, and at least one second orifice arranged therein is to discharge a portion of the fluid in a second direction inwardly therefrom to contact a surface of inner frame and thereby cause rotation of the inner frame.
