    Abstract: Various embodiments of the present application are directed towards a one-time-programmable (OTP) implementation using magnetic junctions. In some embodiments, an array comprises multiple magnetic junctions in multiple columns and multiple rows, and the magnetic junctions comprise a first magnetic junction and a second magnetic junction. The first and second magnetic junctions comprise individual top ferromagnetic elements and individual bottom ferromagnetic elements, and further comprise individual barrier elements between the top and bottom ferromagnetic elements. A first barrier element of the first magnetic junction electrically separates first top and bottom ferromagnetic elements of the first magnetic junction. A second barrier element of the second magnetic junction has undergone breakdown, such that it has defects defining a leakage path between second top and bottom ferromagnetic elements of the second magnetic junction.

    Abstract: A process for chemical mechanical polishing a substrate containing tungsten to at least reduce dishing of tungsten features of 100 ?m or less. The process includes providing a substrate containing tungsten features of 100 ?m or less; providing a polishing composition, containing, as initial components: water; an oxidizing agent; arginine or salts thereof; a dicarboxylic acid, a source of iron ions; a colloidal silica abrasive; and, optionally, a pH adjusting agent; and, optionally, a surfactant; and, optionally, a biocide; providing a chemical mechanical polishing pad, having a polishing surface; creating dynamic contact at an interface between the polishing pad and the substrate; and dispensing the polishing composition onto the polishing surface at or near the interface between the polishing pad and the substrate; wherein some of the tungsten is polished away from the substrate and yet at least reducing dishing of the tungsten features of 100 ?m or less.

    Abstract: A composition and method for chemical mechanical polishing a substrate containing tungsten to at least inhibit corrosion of the tungsten. The composition includes, as initial components: water; an oxidizing agent; select fatty amine ethoxylate; a dicarboxylic acid, a source of iron ions; a colloidal silica abrasive; and, optionally, a pH adjusting agent; and, optionally, a biocide. The chemical mechanical polishing method includes providing a chemical mechanical polishing pad, having a polishing surface; creating dynamic contact at an interface between the polishing pad and the substrate; and dispensing the polishing composition onto the polishing surface at or near the interface between the polishing pad and the substrate; wherein some of the tungsten is polished away from the substrate and corrosion of the tungsten is inhibited.

    Abstract: In aspects of digital image capture with a polarizer at different rotation angles, a device includes a polarizer that filters light at different polarizations and a first camera captures filtered digital images at different rotation angles of the polarizer. The device also includes a second camera to capture a full light digital image that is unfiltered. The device implements an imaging algorithm to determine a common region in each of the filtered digital images that has a variable brightness in each of the filtered digital images. The imaging algorithm can then determine pixel brightness values of the pixels in the common region of the filtered digital images, select one of the filtered digital images with a lowest pixel brightness value in the common region as an output filtered image, and combine the full light digital image with the output filtered image to generate a final image with modified image brightness.
