    Abstract: An epitaxial structure includes a first epitaxial layer, a second epitaxial layer, and an interface treatment layer. The second epitaxial layer is disposed on the first epitaxial layer. The interface treatment layer is located between the first epitaxial layer and the second epitaxial layer and is in contact with the first epitaxial layer and the second epitaxial layer. The first epitaxial layer, the second epitaxial layer, and the interface treatment layer include the same material. An image contrast ratio of a transmission electron microscope (TEM) of the interface treatment layer to the first epitaxial layer and an image contrast ratio of a TEM of the interface treatment layer to the second epitaxial layer are both greater than 1.005. A method for forming an epitaxial structure is also provided.

    Abstract: The present application provides a compound of general formula (I), capable of being used for an organic electroluminescent device as a guest material of a light-emitting layer. The compound contains a structure in which a natural heterocyclic ring coordinates with iridium (Ir), and a light-emitting wavelength of the compound can be effectively regulated. Using the compound as the guest material of the light-emitting layer facilitates the improvement of luminous efficiency and light stability of the organic electroluminescent device. In addition, the compound provided by the present application has a small molecular weight, is applied to a light-emitting layer, has a low evaporation temperature, and facilitates processing. The present application also provides a guest material of a light-emitting layer containing the compound of general formula (I), an organic electroluminescent device, and a display device.

    Abstract: A navigation and positioning system for an underwater glider includes a micro-electro-mechanical system inertial measurement unit, a global positioning system receiving module, a triaxial magnetometer, a Doppler velocimeter, and an integrated navigation hardware processing system. If a navigation and positioning error is too large, the underwater glider stops working in real time and switches from the underwater working state to the up floating error correction state; and when velocity and location errors of a GPS/INS integrated navigation system are smaller than specified thresholds, the underwater glider switches from the up floating error correction state to the underwater working state and continues to work. An H? Kalman filter algorithm based on an adaptive multiple fading factor is established to ensure robustness and adaptability of navigation and positioning of a glider.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for moderately increasing the content of dimethyl disulfide in casein-containing processed cheese. The method includes the following steps: taking a cheese powder, adding chymosin for enzymolysis, and subjecting a material obtained after the enzymolysis to puffing and drying to obtain a modified cheese powder; preparing materials; taking the modified cheese powder, heating the modified cheese powder under stirring until the cheese powder is melt, adding sodium bicarbonate to adjust the pH to 6-7, and adding papain for enzymolysis; taking a material obtained after the enzymolysis, adding butter, a skimmed milk powder, fructo-oligosaccharide and water for mixing by stirring, and then adding an emulsifying salt, glutamine transaminase and salt for uniform heating and stirring to obtain a mixture; and subjecting the mixture to heat treatment, hot filling and cooling in sequence to obtain processed cheese.

The scrubber is provided with an absorbent heating element and a temperature detecting component. The temperature detecting component has a state display connected thereto. The absorbent heating element and the state display are electrically connected to a power supplying portion. Thereby, the scrubber can recycle gas exhaled by a user to prolong the duration of use of the rebreather. Additionally, the absorbent heating element increases the temperature in the scrubber, thereby enhancing the adsorption efficiency and prolonging the overall duration of use.
