    Abstract: A convection oven is provided. An oven cavity is defined by at least by a top wall, a left side wall, a right side wall, and a door configured selectively open and close the oven cavity. An air channel defines a convection airflow out of and back into the oven cavity, the top wall defining an air inlet to allow the convection airflow to enter the air channel from the oven cavity, the walls further defining a plurality of outlets to allow the convection airflow to exit the air channel and reenter the oven cavity. Each of the plurality of outlets houses a corresponding one of a plurality of heating tubes, each corresponding heating tube being mounted along the convection airflow exiting the air channel.
