    Abstract: The invention relates to a signal driving system for a display. The signal driving system comprises: a signal controller, a flexible connector and a plurality of driving devices. The signal controller is used to produce a first control signal. The flexible connector is connected to the signal controller, and used to receive the first control signal. One of the driving devices is connected to the flexible connector. The driving devices connect in cascade. Each driving device comprises a data input port, a data output port and a driving signal output port. The data input port receives the first control signal or a second control signal. The data output port outputs the second control signal. According to the first control signal or the second control signal, the driving signal output port transmits a driving signal. The signal driving system of the invention can make the data output port of the driving device transmit the second control signal to the next driving device.

Each of the sub-frames corresponds to a driving shift, the system or device displays the sub-frames sequentially, wherein, the system or device components for displaying the pixel (i,j) of the p-th sub frame includes components for applying a driving voltage (i,j) to the pixel (i,j). The driving voltage (i,j) is a target driving voltage corresponding to the pixel (i,j) plus the corresponding driving shift.

Each of the sub-frames corresponds to a driving shift voltage, and the method displays the sub-frames sequentially, wherein the method of displaying the pixel (i,j) of the p-th sub frame includes applying a driving voltage (i,j) to the pixel (i,j). The driving voltage (i,j) is a target driving voltage corresponding to the pixel (i,j) plus the corresponding driving shift voltage.

The LCD has a positive operational amplifier for driving pixels with positive voltages, a negative operational amplifier for driving pixels with negative voltages, and a detector. The method includes using the detector to determine which operational amplifier is to be used to drive a next pixel. If the next pixel need be displayed with a positive voltage, then the positive operational amplifier is used to drive the next pixel. If the next pixel need be displayed with a negative voltage, then the negative operational amplifier is used to drive the next pixel.

The frame has M vertical blocks each including K display lines each having N horizontal blocks each being composed of multiple display units. First, a horizontal block flag value of each horizontal block is obtained according to energy levels of all of the display units of the horizontal block. Then, a display line flag value of each display line is obtained according to horizontal block flag values of all of the horizontal blocks of the display line. Next, M vertical block flag values are obtained according to the display line flag values of all of the display lines in each vertical block. Then, it is determined whether or not the display mode has to be switched according to the M vertical block flag values.

    Abstract: A testing method and a testing a voltages apparatus embedded in the scribe line on a wafer are disclosed, for testing the to be measured from a die on a wafer. The testing apparatus includes a multiplexer and a comparator. The multiplexer receives the voltages to be measured and outputs a multiplexing or selected voltage according to a selection signal. The comparator receives a reference voltage and the multiplexing voltage and then outputs a digital result by comparing the reference voltage, and the multiplexing voltage. The digital result can be applied to a digital testing machine, such that testing speed is increased and testing cost is decreased. Moreover, the testing apparatus embedded in the scribe lines has the capability to compensate for the comparator's offset, and accordingly, the testing reliability is also improved.

The LCD monitor includes a voltage selection unit used for outputting a plurality of driving voltages according to display data, and a plurality of output buffers each electrically connected to the voltage selection circuit and a corresponding pixel. Then, the output ports of the driving units, which approach the same input voltage, are electrically connected to have an average voltage. In addition, the LCD monitor further includes a timing controller for controlling operation of the output buffers. When output ports of the output buffers, which approach the same input voltage, are electrically connected, the output buffers are turned off for saving power.
