The outer layered film comprises a scratch resistant layer having a thickness from about 0.5 ?m to about 10 ?m, and exhibits a hardness of at least 11 GPa, as measured with a Berkovich Indenter Hardness Test. The window exhibits an average transmittance of greater than 85% within ±25 nm of at least one wavelength within the infrared spectrum from 900 nm to 1600 nm and an average transmittance of less than 5% in the visible spectrum from 420 nm to 650 nm, each at an angle of incidence<15°.

    Abstract: The invention relates to a process for producing dimethyl ether (DME). The invention provides that a first and a second reaction zone in which catalyst fills are arranged between two adjacent pillow plates and are traversable by the respective input gas are arranged in a common synthesis reactor. The pillow plates are traversable by a fluid cooling medium. The DME-containing product gas stream exiting the synthesis reactor is resolved into a DME end product stream, a gas byproduct stream containing unconverted carbon oxides and hydrogen, a methanol byproduct stream and a wastewater stream. The gas byproduct stream is at least partially returned to the reactor inflow to increase the altogether achieved DME yield.

    Abstract: The invention relates to a process and to a plant for preparation of olefins from oxygenates (OTO), where it is simultaneously also the intention to optimize the yield of the BTX aromatics benzene, toluene and the isomeric xylenes. According to the invention, for this purpose, the gasoline fraction obtained in the OTO process according to the prior art is added to an aromatization reactor. Multistage separation of the product stream from the aromatization reactor affords a product stream containing BTX aromatics and a gasoline fraction that has been depleted of olefins, cycloalkanes and cycloalkenes.

    Abstract: A data-knowledge driven multi-objective optimal control method for municipal wastewater treatment process belongs to the field of wastewater treatment. To balance the energy consumption and effluent quality, a data driven multi-objective optimization model, including energy consumption model and effluent quality model are established to obtain the nonlinear relationship along energy consumption, effluent quality and manipulated variables. Meanwhile, a multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm, based on evolutionary knowledge, is proposed to optimize the set-points of nitrate nitrogen and dissolved oxygen. Moreover, the proportional integral differential (PID) controller is designed to track the set-points. Then the effluent quality can be improved and the energy consumption can be reduced.

    Abstract: A pre-interception device includes an input portion for a fluid to flow in, an output portion for the fluid to flow out, a plurality of diversion flow channels and a plurality of interception portions. Each diversion flow channel is in communication with the output portion and the input portion, is configured to provide turning guidance for flow of the fluid, and has a fluid lift section. The interception portions are configured to form a turbulent flow field in the fluid. The turbulent flow field can have foreign objects flowing through the diversion flow channel be captured. Accordingly, a filtering effect is achieved based on physical properties of the foreign objects. When the pre-interception device is additionally combined with a filter net to form a filtering system, the burden on the filter net is further alleviated, hence extending a service life of the filter net and reducing costs.

A positioner to align under the sections and move the test fixtures through the sections of the test chamber and a controller to control operation of the positioner, the radar devices, and the placement device to execute over-the-air verification of the radar devices.

A multi-frequency ultrasound coupling printing system is set up on a multi-nozzle additive manufacturing device, which improves the rheological properties of high-viscosity and large-particle food ink by generating a cavitation effect through the high-frequency vibration of ultrasound and improves the printability of food ink while retaining the nutrients and texture of the food ink. The application of the multi-frequency ultrasound coupled multi-nozzle device to food additive manufacturing enables it to achieve a smaller nozzle diameter and higher printing speed than conventional additive manufacturing systems, which improves the printability of the food ink while realizing large-scale production.
