Abstract: A manually operated vacuum pump and refill device includes a body on top with a vacuum pump attached, and a lower portion of the body is arranged with an elastic adapter. The adapter has a central channel in communication with the body. The body includes an inlet in which a water supply is connected. A control valve is arranged on the water supply before it reaches to the body. The vacuum pump is further arranged with a check valve with respect to the body. The body is also arranged with a check valve securely positioned with a C-clip. The check valve is provided with a float moveably within a chamber thereof.

Abstract: Disclosed is a pneumatic grease applicator includes a receptacle in which a retainer that forms a tubular axle selectively fit into a bearing to which grease is to be applied and a presser that defines a bore fit over the axle are movably received. The presser forms a top cavity in which a nozzle for coupling an external grease source is fixed. Grease is pneumatically supplied through the nozzle into the tubular axle and discharge through radially-extending holes defined in the axle to cover the bearing fit on the axle. An air vent is formed in the presser for pressure balance. Sealing members are provided between side wall of the receptacle and both the retainer and the presser to prevent leakage of grease.

Abstract: A support base is made of metal by die casting for supporting heavy articles above for example ground or floor, and includes a rectangular flat grid plate having four corners from which pillars extend. Intermediate pillars extend from middle positions of long edge faces of the rectangle and a center pillar extends from a center of the rectangle. The rectangular grid plate has opposite end edges on which tenons and mortises are formed respectively and opposite side edges on which tenons and mortises are formed respectively so that a plurality of support bases can be connected together by the tenon-and-mortise coupling between adjacent support bases to expand a covering area of the support bases.
