    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a linear drive device, which includes: a stator including a stator body and a plurality of coils. The linear drive device further includes a rotor including a rotor body supported on the stator body, and a magnetic steel fixed on the rotor body, a first position feedback unit fixed on the rotor body, and multiple drivers. The multiple coils arranged in series or parallel are electrically connected to one of the multiple drivers, while remaining coils not arranged in series or parallel are divided into multiple groups, and multiple coils in each of the multiple groups are electrically connected to the other driver. The linear drive device further includes a controller electrically connected to the multiple drivers. The linear drive device in the present disclosure not only saves the number of drivers, but also reduces the difficulty of controlling the entire control system.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a direct drive transmission system and a control method. The direct drive transmission system includes: a base plate, guide rails, a plurality of stators, a mover, a plurality of drivers, and a controller. The plurality of stators are configured to drive the mover to slide on the guide rails. A transmission line composed of the plurality of stators is configured to have at least one low-accuracy segment and at least one high-accuracy segment connected to each other. The direct drive transmission system further includes at least one first switching signal device and a plurality of second switching signal devices. The at least one first switching signal device aligns with a respective second switching signal device, and each second switching signal device is electrically connected to a respective driver or the plurality of second switching signal devices are all electrically connected to the controller.

    Abstract: A method for detecting and quantifying allergen components of a substance is described herein. A method can include obtaining an Ig sample derived from two or more individuals, and one or more capillaries comprising allergenic biologics adhered thereto. The Ig sample can be applied to the one or more capillaries and allergen component and molecules that has bound with the Ig sample, can be detected in the one or more capillaries. A molecular weight and/or frequency of appearance, an isoelectric charge and/or frequency of appearance, a molecular functional group and/or frequency of appearance or a combination thereof, of the allergen component can be recorded. Furthermore, methods for determining the minimum and maximum concentrations of the detected allergen components for pre-determined platforms, formulating an allergen product using the determined concentration ranges and applying the allergen product to result an effective assay are described.

    Abstract: An adaptive control method for zero voltage switching belongs to the field of integrated circuit. In the present invention, the difference between the turn-on time of the power tube and the time of the lowest drain voltage of the power tube in the switching cycle is quantified by the reversible counter, and the quantized result is transmitted to the next switching cycle to adjust the turn-on time of the power tube through the final count result of the reversible counter, so that the power tube after being adjusted can be turned on when the drain voltage of the power tube is the lowest, thus reducing the switching loss. The present invention can adaptively turn on the power tube when the drain voltage of the power tube reaches minimum, thus, realizing the zero-voltage switching, reducing the switching loss of the switching power supply, widening the application range.
