    Abstract: A network registration method is described. The method including: reading a RPLMN recorded by a mobile device, when the mobile device is powered on, and obtaining a PLMN of a current candidate cell through network scanning; determining whether the mobile device is initially powered on in a roaming location, according to the RPLMN recorded by the mobile device and the PLMN of the current candidate cell; carrying out a network registration using the PLMN of the current candidate cell, when it is determined that the mobile device is initially powered on in the roaming location. A mobile device is also disclosed. The methods and devices described can simplify network registration when the mobile device is in the roaming location when the mobile device is initially powered. Thus, the network registration can be achieved more quickly.

    Abstract: A commutator has a conductive layer, a segment layer and an insulating layer separating the conductive layer and the segment layer. The segment layer includes multiple commutator segments. A mounting hole is defined along an axis of the commutator passing through the conductive layer. The three-layer structure of the commutator forms a capacitor having an increased confronting area and reduced inter-plate distance. The capacitor thus has a greater capacitance and hence greater EMI absorbing capability, making it possible to reduce EMI emissions without additional EMI reduction components outside the commutator. A rotor and a motor employing the commutator are also disclosed.

The EMI suppressor is an axial capacitor formed by a conductor core, a cover, and a filling medium.     Abstract: A motor includes motor terminals for connecting with an external power supply and an internal circuit connected to the motor terminals. The motor further includes a RF filter. The RF filter includes a conductive wire coiled in either a helical manner or a spiral manner. Terminals of the conductive wire at opposite axial ends of the coil are connected to a corresponding one of the motor terminals and the internal circuit, respectively. The intensity of the electromagnetic waves radiated from most parts of the conductive wire of the RF filter is attenuated by reflected electromagnetic waves from other parts of the conductive wire. Therefore, the intensity of the electromagnetic wave radiated from the motor is greatly reduced. A RF filter for the motor is also provided.

    Abstract: A mounting apparatus includes a supporting bracket, a locking member, and a holding mechanism. The supporting bracket is fixed to a slide rail and includes two inserting pins extending through the two corresponding through holes of a rack post. The locking member is slidably mounted to the supporting bracket. When the locking member slides to abut against a front surface of the rack post, the slide rail is prevented from moving backwards to make the inserting pins disengage from the through holes. When the locking member slides to space away from the rack post, the slide rail is enable to move backwards to make the inserting pins disengage from the through holes. The holding mechanism abuts against the locking member to prevent the locking member from sliding. The holding mechanism is operable to move away from the locking member.
