    Abstract: Embodiments of the present application provide a method, apparatus and video monitoring device for capturing a target object. The method comprises detecting target objects in current panoramic video frame acquired by panoramic camera, and determining first position information, size, moving direction, and speed information of each target object in the current panoramic video frame; calculating position information for capturing of each target object; determining detail camera position information corresponding to each target object and determining a magnification corresponding to each target object according to size thereof; and determining a tracking duration for each target object, and controlling, for each target object, the detail camera to adjust its position and magnification according to the detail camera position information and magnification corresponding to the target object, and controlling the adjusted detail camera to capture the target object within the tracking duration for the target object.

    Abstract: The embodiments of the present application provide a method and apparatus for recognizing an identity of a human target. The method includes: obtaining a to-be-recognized image; extracting a target feature of a to-be-recognized human target in the to-be-recognized image as a to-be-searched target feature; searching for a facial information item corresponding to the to-be-searched target feature based on a pre-established correspondence between target features and facial information items; and determining an identity of the to-be-recognized human target based on the found facial information item. It can be seen that, in this solution, there is no need to extract the facial features in the image, and even if the facial region is not clear or is shaded by other objects in the image, the accuracy of identity recognition is reduced. Therefore, accuracy of identity recognition is improved.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a fabrication method for casting graphene quantum dots on LEDs and the structure thereof. A graphene and an ethanol are mixed uniformly. After the laser ablation, centrifugal purification, and molecular filtration processes, a graphene quantum dots solution is produced. Afterwards, the graphene quantum dots solution is dripped on a light-emitting surface of an LED using a drop casting method. After the ethanol evaporates by standing still, a graphene-quantum-dot-cast layer is formed. The photocarriers in the graphene-quantum-dot-cast layer generated by the illumination of the LED can flow to the light-emitting surface of the LED and thus increasing the carrier concentration and the light-emitting quantum efficiency of the LED. Thereby, enhancing the fluorescent efficiency of the LED.

After a processing period, quantum dots are generated in the graphene aqueous solution or the graphene oxide aqueous solution. Since graphene aqueous solution or graphene oxide aqueous solution does not contain organic chemistry pharmacy, the quantum dots synthesized by the method of the present invention can be produced without pollution. Furthermore, the purpose of simple process, low cost, and time-saved of synthesis can be achieved.
