Abstract: A preparation method of a polyurethane resin including the following steps is provided. A liquid polyamine compound is placed in a continuous reaction system, and the liquid polyamine compound is circulated in the continuous reaction system. A solid bis(cyclic carbonate) and a solid catalyst are placed in the continuous reaction system to mix the solid bis(cyclic carbonate), solid catalyst, and liquid polyamine compound to form a heterogeneous mixture. • Patent number: 10230045
Abstract: Systems and methods for forming embedded memory in a processing unit. The methods include: depositing a dielectric layer on a metal landing pad of a logic circuit of a processing unit; opening vias in the dielectric layer; filling in the vias; performing chemical mechanical polishing (CMP); depositing an adhesion and topography planarization (ATP) layer; etching away portions of the ATP layer; filling in with inter layer dielectric (ILD) materials; performing CMP; depositing a MTJ film layer; patterning and etching away portions of the MTJ film layer; filling in with dielectric materials; performing CMP; and forming a bit line on the top layer. The methods may also include annealing in a forming gas during different steps of the above processed to reduce the high stress from the making of multi-metal layers of the processing unit at high temperature. This may prevent wafer warpage and/or significant topography in the fabrication process.

  • Patent number: 10231070
Abstract: A voice input exception determining method, an apparatus, a terminal, and a storage medium are provided. The method is applied to an electronic device including an audio collection module, and includes determining whether an amplitude value of an audio signal collected by the audio collection module is less than a preset amplitude threshold and/or whether energy distribution of the audio signal meets a preset condition; and if the amplitude value of the audio signal is less than the preset amplitude threshold and/or the energy distribution of the audio signal does not meet the preset condition, determining that voice input of the electronic device is abnormal. A solution provided in the present disclosure resolves a problem that there is no effective method for determining a sound reception exception caused when a sound reception hole of the electronic device is blocked.

  • Publication number: 20190071816
Abstract: Provided are a device and a method for controlling automatic opening and closing of an upper cover of a washing machine. The device includes a controller and a detector. The controller is configured to control a motor to rotate to drive the upper cover to open, close or stop at a current position. The detector is connected to the controller and is configured to collect a signal indicating an obstacle between the upper cover and a tray or on one side of the upper cover facing away from the tray, and send the signal indicating the obstacle to the controller. When the existence of the obstacle between the upper cover and the tray or on the one side of the upper cover facing away from the tray is determined, the controller controls the upper cover to stop at the current position or return to an initial position.

  • Publication number: 20190067125
Abstract: In a method, a fin structure, in which first semiconductor layers and second semiconductor layers are alternately stacked, is formed. A sacrificial gate structure is formed over the fin structure. The first semiconductor layers are etched at a source/drain region of the fin structure, which is not covered by the sacrificial gate structure, thereby forming a first source/drain space in which the second semiconductor layers are exposed. A dielectric layer is formed at the first source/drain space, thereby covering the exposed second semiconductor layers. The dielectric layer and part of the second semiconductor layers are etched, thereby forming a second source/drain space. A source/drain epitaxial layer is formed in the second source/drain space. • Patent number: 10216743
Abstract: A computing system performs file conversion upon format expiration. A computing system evaluates a risk of expiration of a first format associated with a first format object. The computing system determines if the risk of expiration is above a threshold. The computing system identifies in response to determining the risk of expiration is above the threshold, one or more files stored in the first format for conversion. The computing system converts one or more files stored in the first format to a second format. The computing system saves the one or more files in the second format.

  • Publication number: 20190059060
Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods and apparatuses for determining input power backoff (IBO) settings used to transmit wireless signals. In some implementations, a first wireless device may negotiate a mutually compatible set of IBO settings with a second wireless device, may receive a wireless signal from the second wireless device, and may determine the actual IBO value used by the second wireless device to transmit the wireless signal based at least in part on the negotiated set of IBO settings. The first wireless device may also receive an indication of the changed set of IBO settings from the second wireless device, and may update the set of IBO settings stored in the first wireless device based on the received indication.

  • Publication number: 20190059141
Abstract: Lighting control interface techniques and corresponding circuitry are provided. The techniques include receiving a first signal potentially representative of a first lighting control signal, and receiving a second signal potentially representative of a second lighting control signal, and determining if either of the first and second signals complies with a first or second lighting control protocol. The lighting control signal may be applied to the same interface connector (regardless of the protocol), thereby eliminating the need for separate dedicated interface connectors. In some cases, the techniques further include determining that a dummy control signal is manifesting in the first and/or second signals, thereby indicating that no lighting control signal is being applied. Depending on the resulting determination, the techniques may include, for example, setting output lighting power according to a pre-established value, or according to the first or second lighting control protocol.

  • Publication number: 20190042840
Abstract: Methods of recognizing motions of an object in a video clip or an image sequence are disclosed. A plurality of frames are selected out of a video clip or an image sequence of interest. A text category is associated with each frame by applying an image classification technique with a trained deep-learning model for a set of categories containing various poses of an object within each frame. A “super-character” is formed by embedding respective text categories of the frames as corresponding ideograms in a 2-D symbol having multiple ideograms contained therein. Particular motion of the object is recognized by obtaining the meaning of the “super-character” with image classification of the 2-D symbol via a trained convolutional neural networks model for various motions of the object derived from specific sequential combinations of text categories. Ideograms may contain imagery data instead of text categories, e.g., detailed images or reduced-size images.

Abstract: Two-dimensional symbols with each containing multiple ideograms for facilitating machine learning are disclosed. Two-dimensional symbol comprises a matrix of N×N pixels of data representing a “super-character”. The matrix is divided into M×M sub-matrices with each of the sub-matrices containing (N/M)×(N/M) pixels. N and M are positive integers or whole numbers, and N is preferably a multiple of M. Each of the sub-matrices represents one ideogram defined in an ideogram collection set. “Super-character” represents at least one meaning each formed with a specific combination of a plurality of ideograms. Ideogram collection set includes, but is not limited to, pictograms, logosyllabic characters, Japanese characters, Korean characters, punctuation marks, numerals, special characters. Logosyllabic characters may contain one or more of Chinese characters, Japanese characters, Korean characters. Features of each ideogram can be represented by more than one layer of two-dimensional symbol.
