    Abstract: The present invention discloses a mixing mechanism, a mixing device, and a mixing method. The mixing mechanism comprises a support plate, a stop support, a support platform, and a drive unit. A contact point exists between the drive unit and the support plate, and the contact point is offset from a center of the support plate; the drive unit includes an adjuster that acts on a position of the contact point in a first direction; the contact point has at least a first movement position in a first direction; and when the support plate is supported by the stop support in a natural state, a height difference exists between a height of the support plate and the first movement position. This enables the adjustment of the inclined angle to adapt to different powder material mixing requirements, significantly enhancing mixing efficiency of powder material.

The complex grinding inspection operation includes: inspecting the first powder to obtain a first particle size parameter; determining whether the first particle size parameter is greater than a preset particle size parameter; transporting the first powder to a powder buffer tank to form a second powder, if the first particle size parameter is greater than the preset particle size parameter, and dispersing and mixing a second raw material and the second powder according to a dynamic blending ratio to have the second powder enter the sand mill assembly together with the second raw material for grinding. The first powder that meets the requirement for separator preparation is discharged to enter the equipment of the next process.

An example method can include iteratively decoding a codeword by at least: determining soft channel reliability information values for bits of the codeword in a decoding iteration k, sorting the soft channel reliability information values, generating soft extrinsic information for the codeword based on a belief-propagation technique wherein the soft extrinsic information is based on the sorted channel reliability information values, and passing the soft extrinsic information to a decoding iteration k+1, such that soft channel reliability information for the decoding iteration k+1 is updated based on the soft extrinsic information for the codeword. The method can further include determining whether iteratively decoding the codeword is successful based on the updated soft channel reliability information, wherein the codeword was generated using a Reed-Muller encoding technique.
