Abstract: A collapsible, portable tote-table is described. This table can be easily manufactured with a minimum number of parts and, when assembled in a facile manner, is strong, light and completely transportable. The system for the assembly of the aforementioned tote-table can be done by anyone of normal skill and is dominated by a novel dog system for interconnecting the various parts.

Abstract: A coating composition for treating solid wastes is described and includes an aqueous silicate solution containing potassium oxide and silicon dioxide, a catalytic amount of an aqueous sodium borate solution and a fixative containing solid calcium oxide. A fumed silica may be added to either the aqueous silicate solution or sodium borate solution.

Abstract: A coating composition particularly useful in sealing and protecting materials used in the construction of buildings and the like is described. This composition comprises a mixture of potassium silicates of varying viscosities catalyzed by a small amount of saturated borax solution. The composition described not only seals and protects the surface and interior of the building materials, but is particularly useful in the treatment of cementitious materials and can further be used to encapsulate and contain any pollutant that may be associated therewith thus rendering the site containing the polluted building materials suitable for habitation.
