  • Publication number: 20110056579
Abstract: A temporary sealer for pipe repair and construction includes a sealing head, and a breakable film. The sealing head has a tubular shape and a size and shape corresponding to an inner diameter of a pipe. The breakable film is formed at the sealing face of the sealing head, wherein the breakable film forms a water barrier for temporarily restricting a flow of water passing through the sealing head within the pipe when the sealing head is slid into the pipe. The breakable film is inevitably torn apart in responsive to a predetermined water pressure for enabling the water flow passing through the sealing head within the pipe. Therefore, it not only provides a way to efficiently block the water flow when the water pipe needs construction, but also provides an apparatus involving the flow system when the water pipe system is finished with construction.

  • Patent number: 6904617
Abstract: A thermal lining includes a first layer, a second layer overlappedly attached to the first layer in an edge to edge manner to form a construction pocket between the first and second layers wherein the construction pocket is shaped and sized for receiving in a storage compartment of a wear, and a cooling agent, having water absorbing ability, disposed in the construction pocket to form a heat insulation layer between the first and second layers. Therefore, the wearer is able to soak the thermal lining into the water, in such a manner that the water is permeated through the first layer into the construction pocket and absorbed by the cooling agent therein. The cooling agent with the water absorbed therein is adapted for receiving heat energy and gradually releasing the heat energy by evaporating the water, so as to provide the cooling effect for the wearer.

  • Patent number: 6705139
Abstract: A magnetic lock mechanism includes a magnetic lock cylinder for actuating a latch assembly. The magnetic lock cylinder includes a plurality of tumbler sockets radially distributed on an inner surface of the lock sleeve. A plurality of magnet tumblers are coaxially placed in the tumbler sockets respectively. A tubular lock rotor is rotatably and coaxially fitted in an axial rotor hole of the lock sleeve. The lock rotor has a plurality of locking holes radially distributed through a rotor wall thereof. A locker tube, having a plurality of through slots, is fittedly disposed inside an axial through hole of the lock rotor to define a keyway therethrough. A magnetic key includes a round key body and a plurality of magnets provided around the key body corresponding to the axial and radial positions of the magnet tumblers in the magnetic lock cylinder respectively.
