Abstract: A system and method for members of the public to retrieve and verify the accuracy of emergency response information that is associated with a communication device and would be utilized in an emergency services network should the device be used to summon emergency services. Such information can include location of the origin of a call for emergency services, identification of emergency service providers who would respond to such a call, and/or the level of accuracy of location information that would be provided to an emergency service dispatcher were such device used to summon emergency services.

Abstract: A system for amending implementation instructions for any number or combination of Emergency Auxiliary Services, the Emergency Auxiliary Services being effected according to the implementation instructions regarding at least one predetermined receiver after a triggering communication is placed from a subscribing communication instrument includes: (a) A change ordering means for effecting the amending. The change ordering means is exercised by a service requesting entity using the subscribing communication entity. (b) An instruction amending means coupled with the subscribing communication entity. The instruction amending means responds to the change ordering means to effect the amending.

Abstract: A method for availing participants and others in a special number call event of information contained in a plurality of data stores includes the steps of: (a) in no particular order: (1) providing the plurality of data stores; (2) providing at least one respective data key for accessing the information contained in each respective data store of the plurality of data stores; and (3) providing communications among the participants and the plurality of data stores; (b) identifying a respective call as initiating a special number call event; (c) generating an identifier code for uniquely identifying the special number call event; the identifier code including relational data; the relational data being mappable on the at least one the respective data key to effect accessing the information; and (d) employing the communications to effect cooperation by the identifier code with each respective data store for providing the information to the participants.

Abstract: A planar filter for performing signal filtering at radio frequencies is provided. The planar filter can include asymmetrical resonators, wherein each resonator is asymmetrical about a longitudinal center axis through the resonator. In addition, the resonators can be grouped in coupled pairs such that the resonators in each coupled pair are asymmetrical about a longitudinal center axis between the paired resonators. In addition, a coupling structure is provided that includes both distributed coupling and tapped coupling to a resonator. Further, a bandstop filter device is provided that includes coupling between resonators in the filter.
