The opening has an edge with a rounded shape, across the thickness at the opening, which is configured to form a substantially air-tight seal between a user's face and the edge when the rigid hollow form is pressed against the user's face near the user's lips. The rigid hollow form is configured so that when the user draws air into the user's mouth after forming a substantially air-tight seal, the user's lips are drawn into the rigid hollow form towards the second end of the rigid hollow form.
