Abstract: Medical systems are described, including a medical system includes a first medical device and a second medical device. The first medical device includes a handle and an insertion portion with a first working channel. A distal portion of the insertion portion of the first medical device includes a first tracking element and at least one camera. The second medical device includes a handle and an insertion portion. A distal portion of the insertion portion of the second medical device includes a second tracking element. The first tracking element is configured to provide a signal that indicates a position or orientation of the distal portion of the first medical device. The second tracking element is configured to provide a signal that indicates a position or orientation of the distal portion of the second medical device.

Abstract: A fluid management system may include an inflow pump providing a fluid inflow to a medical device, at least one pressure sensor, and a controller configured to receive pressure signals from the at least one pressure sensor, the pressure signals corresponding to a system pressure within the fluid management system. The controller may be configured to detect which one of a plurality of medical devices is fluidly connected to the inflow pump based on the pressure signals from the at least one pressure sensor and an rpm of the inflow pump.

Abstract: A portable spotting device that can be moved by a single person from one piece of exercise equipment to another is described. The portable spotting device has a central tower having a vertical support, a powered lifting device and an actuator portion. A powered lifting device, such as an electric motor, may be coupled to the vertical support and drive a cable spool, whereby a cable is attached to the actuator portion. The electric motor, configured as a wench may move the actuator portion up and down along the vertical support. A horizontal extension attached to the actuator has a pair of adjustable arms the extend forward to retain and lift a weight, such as a weight bar. An actuator pedal allows a weight lifter to control the height of the adjustable arms while lying on a bench.
