The braille writer includes a chassis supporting a plurality of finger operated keys with each key mechanically interconnected with an embossing mechanism so that depression of a key causes a corresponding one of a plurality of pins in the embossing mechanism to extend outwardly from the embossing mechanism to create a raised dot on paper adjacent to the embossing mechanism. The embossing mechanism comprises a block adapted for slidingly guiding the plurality of pins for paper contact. It is preferred that each one of the plurality of pins is straight and identical to the other pins.

Abstract: A powered stapler includes a housing having a first housing portion and a second housing portion movably coupled to the first portion. The stapler is actuated by creating relative movement between the first and second housing portions. The second housing portion includes an elongated trigger member, that when moved relative to the first housing portion, actuates the powered stapler to drive a staple into a stack of sheets. The stapler is configured to be held in a single hand of the user and can be actuated by the user squeezing his or her hand while holding the stapler.

The throat separates the housing into a head portion and a base portion. A paper guide is coupled to the stapler, the paper guide being movable between a recessed position within the base portion and an extended position. Abstract: A dough dispenser is provided that has an elongated stem body terminating in a dome configured cavity with a downwardly opening mouth. The upper end of the stem body is associated with a reciprocally moveable plunger body. The stem body holds a subassembly of spirally extending shaft, base block and finger that extends downwardly from the base block and into and along side wall portions of the cavity. A biasing spring urges the plunger body into an upward position. When the plunger body is depressed into the stem body, a driver disk fixed to the plunger body slidably moves over the shaft and causes the base block and finger to rotate. The finger wipes cavity surfaces and releases dough therefrom.
